Even one star seems like a huge bonus if I could I would’ve just left it blank. Very disappointed and do not recommend to anyone.

Of all the forests to be lost in... this has got to be the best. A classically decadent cake with a rich chocolate sponge filled and decorated with smooth cream cheese icing and cherry compote. We'll hold off the search party!

Every element was absolutely perfect. The sweetness from the cherry compote paired with the slight sharpness of the mascarpone frosting balanced each other out beautifully — it wasn’t overly sweet at all, just the perfect combination of flavours. 🤤 And the sponge… WOW! So incredibly moist, soft and smooth. What impressed me even more was how well the cake held up. It still tasted absolutely delicious after three days in the fridge AND after a five-hour journey in the car boot during this heatwave! 😱☀️
