Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. The cakes were really delicious and user-friendly, meaning they are very convenient for people who want to celebrate their birthdays outside. We can’t always carry big cakes, so cupcakes with birthday tags are a great idea. We also liked the loyalty points offers and taste of the cakes , I would really recommend people to try an experience with Lola Cupcakes. Thanks!”

Did not accept my blue light card
I am a repeat customer of Lola's but I am unhappy that they did not accept my blue light card when other Lola's do. It seems so petty and disrespectful to blue light card holders.

I'm afraid we no longer offer a blue light discount and currently only offer a discount for NHS workers. If a valid NHS ID is presented at the point of purchase the discount can be applied.

The cupcakes are great, but one thing customers don’t realise is that for every cupcake they eat they need to have at least 5 piano lessons with me to create the needed balance between eating and developing magic sensations all over!

Loved my Mother’s Day cupcakes but extremely disappointed to find 2 of each design instead of the usual 6 individual ones . Mother and Father’s Day might just be acceptable.

Ordering with Lola’s was very straightforward. Plenty of delicious choices for a nationwide delivery to Scotland. The birthday cake and cupcakes packed with flavour and beautifully packaged went down a treat.

Best Cake Delivery Experience
