Smooth pick-up from Liverpool Street retail cart. Cakes were delicious, I thought I'd over ordered for the team meeting but they all disappeared and people wanted more!
Slow service and therefore missed my train. Cake not kept chilled which was not communicated and collection was later afternoon so the cake had been left all day. Decor was ok, slightly disappointing... Mehr ansehen

Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

No custom orders for some branches
We used to be able to order custom cakes/cupcake sets to the Liverpool St station branch but they've now stopped this, with the London Bridge one the nearest one to accept custom orders for collection. Such a shame as this was really easy for us and we order quite alot for our office birthdays and anniversaries etc! We now order from a coupe other different suppliers that we can collect from near us. not sure why they stopped being able to do this.

Hello,
Thank you for taking time to share your review with us.
I am so sorry that we are not able to offer collection in any of our branches near your location.
Unfortunately some of our locations do not have enough fridge space to be able to accommodate collection from those branches during warmer months. We are note able to offer collections, as this would be a risk of a cake being damaged due to hot weather.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
If you wish to discuss this further please get in touch with us at hello@lolascupcakes.com
I hope you have a good rest of your day.
Best wishes,
Marta

Good experience in general
Good experience in general. However, I had ordered cupcakes for an event that was pushed back by a week (due to unexpected circumstances) and was not able to cancel/modify the order as I had passed the policy timeframe for it. A real shame because the cupcakes looked really cute. We still had them a week later and they were still good though! Everyone was happy.

Absolutely blown away - 10/10
I ordered a cake for a Maternity Leave send-off party at work. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, which was a great start! The reaction of everyone to the flavour and quality of the cake, however, was OUTSTANDING. There were so many comments about just how moist and flavoursome the cake was, and how beautifully decorated. I will definitely order from Lola's again.

My order was extremely soggy and looked absolutely knackered. I picked it up from liverpool st thinking it would be fresh but the macarons were all soggy and fell off by the time i was home. The lady did not even sticker the box to keep the box sealed.
It looked like the cupcakes had been waiting in there for a week and we ended up throwing a few away. Bad quality

Hello,
We apologise sincerely for the disappointment you experienced with your recent collection from our Liverpool St. branch. Ensuring the freshness and quality of our products is of utmost importance to us, and it's disheartening to learn that your cupcakes did not meet our usual standards.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of sealing on the box and the condition of the macarons upon your arrival home. We do leave our cakes unsealed for our staff to check your order before accepting it from our drivers to make sure all is okay. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will be investigating this matter internally to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
We would love to help you further with this and hopefully find a way to make this up to you. If you have any pictures of the cake or any further information could you please send us an email at hello@lolascupcakes.com
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services.
Warm regards,
Macy
