I’ve been working with Peter on my logo and he’s been great! At first I didn’t know if I wanted something more cute or more edgy, so Peter and his team created a couple different concepts; each capturing these traits. After narrowing it down I continued to have additional ideas that I wanted to see. I was probably so annoying for Peter, but he was always nice, willing to adjust and re-create things for me. The customer service he provides is excellent! We are in the final stages, almost done tweaking the logo so it fits my business just right! Thank you Peter for your patience and hard work! I can’t wait to see and utilize our final product!

Im very happy with the way my logo turned out, it was what i imagined it to be but much more at the same time. I really appreciate how repetitive the team was with my thoughts and opinions. Sebastion my case manager for my logo helped me a lot with more than what i thought was going to be offered to me. Overall i think i got my moneys worth and i definitely will be coming to these guys again for more in the future. Thank you to the artists Sebastion and Hardy for making this great logo and a piece of art that i will definitely use for all my content!

I highly recommend Logonick to anybody the staff was nice and very professional. My account manager Jennifer was very nice and being a perfectionist that I am was very patient with me with my design vision.

These guys are great. I have shopped around and talked with lots of Graphic Designers but the Customer service and workmanship from LOGONICK was unmatched. Blake Garcia, the Senior Project Manager took great care of me and out did himself on multiple occasions.

A week went by and I didn't hear back from no one. I contacted logonick and they apologized for not having anyone gwt in contact w. Me. To make up for the delay, they bumped the package up to a platinum package. This is a request for a logo (btw). The turn around time is not as fast as advertised and seemed to take longer the more and more I requested changes. In some instances I was being delayed and shown an update of progress, where there was no progress. When I was finally content w. The service, the project manager got me a finalized version of my logo, but be advised- make sure you ask a full copy of your artwork including every layer added towards your requested artwork. It will save you the time, effort, and pain of having to shell out more $ just for a variation with a few slight changes. That is why I give 3/5. Outside of that the project manager was respectable.

I am in the process of building my website through Logonick. Jordan Walker took over the project about a month ago and I’ve had nothing but positive follow ups about my website and so far I am in love with how it looks. I am looking forward to the final touches and see the final result once everything is done. Jordan thank you for your professionalism and kind words always.

Jordan Walker was the project manager involved in assisting us with our garage door companies logo. I cannot tell u in words how satisfied I am with the results. He and his team were able to take an idea I had and exceed any and all expectations. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to capture my idea and make it a reality. Fortunately I was wrong. They not only made my idea a reality, they took my idea and came up with something exceedingly better than I could have ever imagined. My idea was a rough concept but I couldn’t think of a way to make it professional. Luckily there design team under the leadership of mr. walker specializes in creating works of art under a professional microscope. Wow just wow I tried my best to sum this up in words, and I promise you I haven’t even come close to expressing just how truly happy I am with the end result 10 stars , no 10000 stars. Great job guys and a special thx to Jordan for keeping the line of communication open, thx for taking my idea and pumping full of professional and creative steriods. Just wow

First you've been warned, do not use this company!

So if you are like me, you would want to know why the poor rating? Disgruntled perhaps? Bad Attitude? Didn't like the logo?

After paying this company their fee to design a logo for you, would you expect to use it on your business card, website, or as needed?

Yes or no?

How would you feel if after you paid their fee, they came back and said, "OH by the way, you need to buy the Copyrights to that logo or we will take you to court?"

How would you feel if they told you that the YEARLY fee for the copyright was $500 dollars?

How would you feel if they sent harassing, intimidating, threatening texts to you, demanding a yearly copyright fee of $500 dollars?

Now that is exactly the kind of stuff this unprofessional company does. So I would recommend that, if you are remotely considering these people, to have a written contract that details copyright release, guarantees that they did not use images from public domain and claim it is theirs, that all work done is original and created by them. That once final payment is made that you own the logo, copyright and all, royalty free.

I mention this, because they stole an image from Johan Teyler's painting, made a few changes, erased some of the background, then tried to say that it was original work created by them. Then demanded $500 per year to use the logo that came from the public domain.

They don't own the copyright to that.

So before going with this fraudulent group, I would suggest researching if the Graphic Designer of your logo owns the copyright or if you will after payment.

Check to see if they can use a painting from the 18th Century, make minor changes and then copyright it and demand an extortion fee from you after the fact.

See if this company is upfront about all of the charges before you send them money!

Very knowledgable , very attentive and nice person..

Their sales technique is very bad they pressure you to go for higher deals a simple request turned into 30min of trying to explain I dont want their premium package. they say they deliver in 24-48 hours took them around 3-4 days the logo was basically a copy and paste of the example I sent them. I asked for a simple revision they claim 24 hours waited more than a week. And the logo was terrible wanted a revision but didnt feel like waiting another week. Id avoid it.

I loved the designs made by the logonick designers. They were in contact with me all the time. I especially want to thank David Mathew for all the help he gave me and for all the advice he gave me.

I highly recommend Logonick for all design needs. From the minute I reached out, Logonick was responsive and professional. Within just a few minutes of my initial discussion, I was contacted by my assigned project manager Tyler. Tyler listened intently, grasped my intentions immediately, and enthusiastically offered some initial ideas which hit the nail on the head. Just two days later, he delivered five or six different logos that his design team had put together. All were impressive. We decided to combine elements of two of them and tweak the colors. Just a few days and minor adjustments later we had our finished logo. Throughout the entire process the communication was outstanding. Tyler and his team always delivered results on time. Their hard work and persistence ensured a timely delivery. Overall this was a 5 star experience from the initial phone call to the final email. In Sum, give these guys a chance. They knocked it out of the park for me.
