Great communication and prompt turnaround time.

I spoke to a representative several days ago, was convinced to purchase one of their packages, filled out a brief and have heard nothing back. I have sent messages, tried online support and even called their phone line which put me on hold and then disconnected. Do not use this company.

I love the designs, and they came up with and they delivered in a timely manner.

Logonests designed the original logo for my sports blog and did a very nice job. I went back to them to design a promotional item that had some additions to the logo.

The final product was very good. But it took some time to get there. The response time was a little slow at first, but it did improve later.

I was satisfied with the final result once I received it. The one suggestion I would have is to make sure that self imposed deadlines are met. I didn't really have a sense of urgency with this project, but other customers might.

Absolutely amazing to work with! Quick turnaround, professional and keep you up to date throughout your project! And I love my new logo design! I highly recommend working with Logo Nests. Worst Company to work with ever. Nothing but a bunch of scammers. Paid for a package back in February and never received more than 1/2 of the items I paid for. I had to continually ask for updates and they would take weeks to months to respond. Their pushy sales person kept trying to upsell me and I repeatedly told him, to complete the task we had agreed to first and to stop pushing me to spend more money. I ended up asking for a refund multiple times, as I was never satisfied with their work. I was threatened by Shawn Cook with legal action, if I used the substandard work they provided. Take your money elsewhere. This company is a joke.

PLEASE READ! Do not let their slick website fool you. I paid them for one of their higher end packages, and while they did deliver on maybe one or two of the components, following the completion of each one they told me that their work was done and if I had any more questions, I should let them know. Each time they did this, I had to constantly remind them that I paid for more and that they should finish the project to completion. I had to wait, at minimum, 4-5 days for each update instead of the advertised 24-48 hour turnover. After a while, they stopped communicating with me and I received zero responses from them since. This was the biggest waste of money and I have very little to show for the amount that I paid them. They do not care about their customer's projects and just want to rope you in to paying more for website design and trademarking of the logo that they MIGHT create for you. Please do not waste your time here and look elsewhere. I am trying to be as informative as possible so that others may avoid the headache I have gone through with these people. They are an absolute scam and should be trusted.

My experience has been one of the worst. Any other review here should be read and considered with absolute scrutiny.

My initial contact with Logo Nest was on July 6th. It is now the 25th of August, and I still don't have my logo or any indication of my Trademark status.

I am constantly (when I remember - typically 5 to 7 days) having to reach out to get updates, and having to literally babysit the process.

I have been charged $55 for a logo, and another $175 for a Trademark, of which neither has been delivered as of yet.

I have emailed andrew.cole and daniel.jones at logo nest dot come. each letting me know "they're on it." I say S*** or get off the pot.

I will update my review IF I ever get my logo, and what the remaining of my experience is like with these guys.

I dare a rep to reply to this. Please let the community know your side. I've built complex e-com sites in less time it's taken you guys to create my logo. Did I mention Logo Nest promised me a second logo to get me to Trademark through them...?

It's $235 I'm probably never going to see again.

Please research the company you use before getting any digital services done. These guys own/operate multiple businesses to capture whatever traffic they can.

I say this because I'd hate to think of all the unsuspecting business owners looking for a website and they happen to find Logo Nests sister company.

Benjamin Price was my account manager and he did a great job! His responses were quicker than i thought they would be. it took 5 days(weekend included so technically 3) to make my design and i was not disappointed, him and his team did a great job designing my logo.. i didn't know what i wanted but they exceeded my expectations, great work.

Exceptional work by Daniel and his team! Daniel is a great listener who understand my special requirement and delivered as expected. He and his team is through professional who delivered quality work. I am exceptionally happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend Logo Nest services to other people.

I had a really bad experience with another company which started working on my logo, took my payment and later went out of business. Because of this I was at first very hesitant to engage another online company. However, logonests has been very professional in the process from beginning to completion. Andrew, the Project Manager has been in constant communication and done a great job to accommodate all changes and special requests. Awesome experience! I was nervous after having a disastrous experience with Fiverr. I was presented wonderful and professional initial designs, that actually looked like i was listened to and thought was put into the design. Professional looking logo,Timely service, great communication, at wonderful price. I am extremely satisfied.

Had nothing but a positive experience with Logo Nests. They offered me a discounted price for gold package and both Benjamin and Daniel were always super responsive. My logo design underwent numerous concept changes, however, Benjamin, Daniel and their team of designers always came back within 24 hours with new designs. Ultimately, they hit the winning mark with their final iteration.

I am completely satisfied with the experience and results.
