Fairly average designs so I think it’s a bit overpriced, it took quite long time to get to the final design (a month), with some stressful moments that made me highly suspicious of the company’s legitimacy. The end product is acceptable though.

Update: Received a today message from LogoCottage as a result of my review who advised that my files would be provided within the next 48 hours. Not sure how this is deemed acceptable?
Then received a voicemail advising that there must have been some confusion as the files have been sent to me this morning me so I must have missed them in email. Interestingly the files were sent about 1 minute before the voicemail! Also asked me to change my review on here! Nothing has changed, the logos have taken 9 days to be provided so my review is still the same

Took far too long. I needed my logo quickly and was promised 24 hours. Every stage has taken at least 48 hours so nearly a week now. I could have gone with another company and had my logo done by now. Very disappointed so I wouldn’t recommend

When I signed up with this company to set up my website, I was assigned my own project manager James Carter. Throughout the process, James supported me by always acknowledging my emails, and then getting back to me when the next stage of my website was completed. Being a really fussy guy, I wanted things to be exactly what I pictured in my mind, and James was always there to understand and help me achieve exactly what I wanted, without a complaint. And no matter how small my request was, James and his team got it done. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will tell all my family, friends and colleagues, just how professional, courteous and efficient they were. Thanks for all your help James!

Superb service and communications, a choice of styles and options with professional and attentive agents. No problem recommending at all.

They are a scam and they did not deliver what we agreed and they demand more money. We agreed 6337GBP and they ask a money that is close to 10,000. and they will steal your money. but I disputed my money from the bank and they don't deliver the service then everybody is entitle to get their money back by disputing your bank.
Contact your bank and ask chargeback transection.

Mathew and Alan are the same person. they are Indian pretending to be British and fake their accent and you can't tell.
