I've used SEO to build multiple 6-figure businesses over the course of 15 years, and have used services of top-tier SEO agencies, as well as link-builders like FatJoe and SerpLogic along the way.

This time we decided to give Loganix a shot.

We signed up for a few "shop the list" and branded premium links options. The initial impressions were great - speedy onboarding, great messaging and a sleek customer portal were all very reassuring.

The first couple of links that Loganix delivered were OK.

Not something that a human would be thrilled to read, but not worrying or unnatural. Just above pass grade in the context of Google's content/link standards for 2021.

The rest have been absolute rubbish.

Unnatural, awkward insertions into poorly written, unrelated blog posts that have the potential to damage a backlink profile and trigger a manual penalty by Google. This stuff would have been OK 5+ years ago, but these days it's worthless and dangerous.

At first, I raised my concerns and provided suggestions for improvement, and was met with "thank you, we'll pass on your feedback" types of responses.

A few days later, after another check-in, I realised that they were just feeding me throwaway responses - and that no corrective measures were being taken. Their approach to customer service has been to go to ground and hope things blow over.

We're currently in the process of obtaining refunds for all of the substandard work delivered. We have also disavowed the spammy links that Loganix has built and still waiting for them to remove those, almost 2 weeks later.

Unfortunately, despite the shiny marketing full of big promises, Loganix has delivered mediocrity - at best.

Worked with Yext, BrightLocal, Whitespark, and Loganix far exceeds these companies in professionalism, quality, and customer support. It's been a never ending struggle working with Yext in particular -- their team will find every excuse imaginable to not fix any duplicate citations or get you what you need. I am wondering how can you mark a project as "completed" when the content received is incomplete despite a detailed brief. There is no room for reviewing a draft! And even after sending the request to look into the incomplete blog, it takes more than 3 days? I still haven't received word.
I was assured of excellent Canadian and American writers who are specialized in SEO writing, but I'm sorry to say that the blog copy I received was far from it. I even chose the expensive option only because of quality assurance. As one business to another, how does this make sense?

charged me $300 for a link in a generic blog post in a random domain with a low DA

I had an amazing experience with Loganix for my blog post content creation. All of the blog posts content was well created with quality content with little to no edits required. I highly recommend their service. Excellent customer service as well.

Total rip off. Charged $300 for a guest post in a high DA website but only inserted a link in an old existing blog post in a low DA website.
