Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd

Really great experience, from the initial survey to the guys installing the loft flooring, quick polite and innovation in their solutions.

Good workmanship and quick installation

Really quick from quote to job , two installers were efficient and clean , job completed in less than a day and all tidied up, very satisfied customer

Very pleasant and efficient company to deal with. Excellent job -

Had an early unforeseeable complication with the start date, however, the company was able to send out an extra body out to be able to complete on schedule. Guys were on time and great to be left alone and work away. They finished earlier than even expected in the end. More than happy with the end result. Thank you very much and I would highly recommend. Damien

This company were very reliable- great communication in advance, the guys turned up exactly when planned and did a great job of both boarding and insulating the attic and clearing up. It's made a huge difference to the warmth of the house. Highly recommend!

From our initial contact to the completed job Loft Boarding Scotland were excellent, one of the best,if not the best trade company we have ever dealt with.
The staff both in the office and on the job were friendly, helpful and professional.
They kept us informed at every step of the process, we were even able to track the whereabouts of the installers prior to their arrival on the day of the job.
The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Louis, the installer, demonstrated the operation of the loft ladder and ensured that I could access the loft space safely. An outstanding job, well done.

We had a great experience with Loft Boarding Scotland. From the initial quote which we received minutes after the survey. The guy surveying said we’d have his quote in our inbox before his van drove away and he was true to his word.
The quote is provide via a link which allows you to tailor your own quote to fit your budget. You can add extras like more lighting or sockets or extra shelves and extra flooring if required.
The communication from the office was great and kept us in the loop with emails and a phone call prior to the install day.
On the day of the installation the fitters were very professional. The finished job was perfect and the guys cleared up after themselves. (As a side note I was getting an EV charger fitted a few weeks later and the engineer commented on how impressed he was with the finish of the lofting).
We did have a small issue with a light not working in the hall later in day of the loft install but I dropped them an email that night and they called me at 8am the next morning and sent out the area manager the same day and by lunch time and he had fixed it.
The whole process with them was probably the best I’ve experienced from a trades company. From the comms, quality of work, turning up when they said they would and they also don’t take a deposit and only invoice after the job is done and you are happy. Would highly recommend Loft Boarding Scotland.

Delighted with the customer service, workmanship and speed at which my loft was finished. I sent an enquiry and the job was complete in just over a week.

3 years after they had laid the loft floor, we had to have them out to lift and relay due to an issue not connected with them, they couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating our request.

Great service from initial contact. High quality workmanship.

Faultless service, from start to finish. Clear quote system with easy options and installation was quick and clean, communication brilliant. Can't have asked for any more. Highly recommended!

Just had my loft floored by this great company. From initial contact, to online consultation and fast fitting, the service was flawless.
The fitters did a fantastic job and left the house just as they found it. No mess and tidy.
The finished job is brilliant and we are so happy with it.
Highly recommended
Thanks team

Brilliant service from start to finish. The people who helped organise were so helpful and the guys who did the job were lovely, did a great job and showed me how to use the ladder which was very helpful.

Great experience from start to finish. Chloe was able to get our survey book very quickly and Ian provided excellent advice with how to manage access issues in the loft, advising what options were and were not possible.

Install was fast and professional, no mess was left and the install was finished to a high standard.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ian and his team were reliable, tidy, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd.
