Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd

Great company. The job was professionally carried out to out total satisfaction. Unfortunately I had problems with the ladder (rungs too narrow for my big fat feet) but the company were great and came back and swapped it. They are also very honest, despite the ladder upgrade the total job was less than the quote because they used slightly less boards and insulation wasn’t required. They were very clean and tidy too.

Keith completed a rapid installation of the loft access and ladder, a great job.

Fantastic results, quick and stress free installation. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience with the team who visited us at AB30. We were consistently kept up to date, via phone and email. It took 6 days from my initial enquiry to completion of the job, and the actual flooring work only took a morning! Also, tracking their arrival was really handy for getting my cats out of the way. The guys were super friendly and open to any questions. Looking forward to using our new loft! Thanks again.

Professional and friendly, a great service

From initial contact through to the completion of the job, I can't speak highly enough of this company. Excellent communication and updates along the way and a pleasant instal team. They quality of work was completed to a high standard. Have and will recommend to friends and family.

This are one of the most selfless and supportive team I have ever met .Start came to do a survey for insulation and he was super good .He gave me free advise on other ways to keep my house warmer .not sure I have ever come across any selfless and supportive company like them .A big thumbs up and they come highly recommended

Great job done ,workers very clean and tidy and very polite.

Happy with the work.
#brilliant team.

I had a survey by the guys on a Friday & I had the loft installed and completed by the following Wednesday. Such a great turnaround! Team couldn’t have been more helpful during the process, very respectful of my home, ensuring any mess/dust was cleared up afterwards and kept me posted during their time here and asked me for some advice on positioning of shelves & overall layout of the flooring being laid. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend the company to anyone!!

We needed a loft ladder. The whole process was clearly explained and carried out quickly with no fuss. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We are delighted with our new ladder.

Outstanding service

Loft Boarding Scotland were outstanding from start to finish … they came out gave us options with no hard sell and also didn’t try to upsell

When they came to replace and install new insolation their staff were polite, hard working and made sure any mess was tidied away

I would totally recommend them

Fantastic service, easy quote process and the guys that came round were efficient, tidy and made sure what they were doing met my requirements.

Great service.

Excellent service throughout, good common sense information and advice during initial survey, given plenty of information regarding costs and installation date, no fuss or mess during the work, friendly staff a credit to the company, would have no problem recommending.

Good customer service for getting a quote. The surveyor was prompt and courteous. The installation happened within a week of getting the quote. The job was done within a day, to my satisfaction. Good work.

5 star experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout. Work completed in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. The work on the day was done quickly and to a very high standard. I absolutely love how much space we've gained in the loft now!! Thanks again 😊

Loft Boarding Scotland were excellent to deal with, their communication from the outset was second to none. Quality of work was excellent too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Quick assessement of what could be done, rapid quotation with diagrams, quck fitting date and very efficient fitting (done within 7 hours in 1 day). Fitters were quiet and friendly and after they left you would not have known any work had been done as there was no mess left. A thoroughly professional job. Fully recommend.

The customer service in terms of contact, advice provided, and quality of fitting was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for Loft Boarding Scotland to resolve.
Thank you for making my house feel so much warmer!

Really fantastic work. From beginning to end, they are polite and tidy. I can highly recommend them.
