Instructions needed careful scrutiny but once understood easy to install. Product as advertised...very good. This was for a replacement.

Very bad communication, input wrong address on the delivery note, even we have informed you about the address you still deliver wrong , arrange for a new delivery day, still has been dispatched wrong with out any notification!!!

Blonds arrived in time as promised no hassle

The samples of velux blinds material arrived quickly. They were far nicer than non velux materials from other suppliers. I ordered 4 blinds and one hook to put on the end of my own pole. A loftblind person who saw my order realised I had made a mistake and rang me. I needed a hook for each blind......the hook doesn't fit on the pole!! Well spotted and the error rectified during the phone call.

I bought two solar powered Velux window blinds to go in a new extension - they were easy to order, a very competitive price, and delivered a couple of days before expected. There was a lead time of a couple of weeks, but the blinds come directly from Velux in Denmark, so when you factor that in, it's not actually that bad. They were easy to fit too, we followed a You Tube video. They've made such a difference to the extension, and I'm really pleased with the purchase and would recommend.
