First time purchase
First time purchase, I ordered the size up as the website suggests but found these to be too big for me personally. Contacted to enquire about a size change and had a really quick reply and a smaller size is being sent out to me. All in all a really good experience with customer service. Would order again.

Excellent product and service
I ordered from this company and was really pleased with the service I received. Some of my order weren't quite the right fit for me and they have offered to replace these as part of their fit guarantee, which I'm really impressed with. The ones that did fit are comfortable and absorbent. Really pleased with the product and customer service.

Slow delivery
Slow delivery. If your between sizes go down as they are very generous on sizing.
Can’t coment on if they are any good as I have not been able to use them yet.

Hey,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your sizing tip, that's really helpful for other customers!
We're sorry the delivery felt slow. Our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse next to our factory, so delivery can take a little longer than you might be used to. You can always find the expected order processing and delivery times on our webshop, so you know what to expect before placing your order.
We hope you love your new pairs once you get to try them, and we'd love to hear how you get on!

Impossible to cancel the order
I've submitted a request to cancel my order within 5min from having placed the order. The website does not show any option to cancel. The app "shop" doesn't show it either.
They decided to starting shipping the items after hours of me sending them the email.

Hey Daniela,
We're sorry to hear your cancellation request didn't go the way you hoped, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
Once an order has been placed, it's sent to our warehouse for processing straight away. At that point it's already being prepared for shipment, which unfortunately means we're no longer able to stop or cancel it, even if the tracking hasn't updated yet.
Once your parcel arrives and you decide you'd still like to return it, you can do so as long as the seal on the packaging is unbroken, in line with our Return Policy. Our team will be happy to guide you through the next steps.
X Loeah 💕
