Bought reglazing tools 90degree, not used them yet but surely they'll be fine, curious that the instructions say to use between bead and glass though?

Good range of products but extra keys were not available for the one I needed despite the website showing that they were. Next day delivery was about a week. Quick refund given when it was delivered without exrtra keys.

Managed to replace old patio door lock with ease.

So had an issue with locking mechanism (door shut) bought a spreader kit from here, worked 1st try awesome bit of kit. Then purchased a new mechanism and fitted in under an hour (watch the vids)

Lockstation data breach leaked my sensitive information such as phone, home address, email on April 2024 and instead of informing the clients i am hearing it from Digital Footprint scanner.

For a company that makes locks and handle sensitive information about lock and keys, it is not doing a good job of keeping its own door locked.

Great options in parts and excellent delivery service

Lockstation were very easy to deal with and answered my queries promptly. The locks are perfect and exactly as described 10/10. The delivery service they use is awful and are damaging the company. Royal Mail took 7 days to deliver, three of those days my goods lay at their depot then another 4 days in transit from England to Northern Ireland. Lockstation are not to blame for this, hence 5 stars but they should seriously look at better transport methods as customers will blame them and this could have been 1 star. This was tracked 24 service and I’ve had goods received from China faster.

I did buy lock for £150 with next day delivery. This was thursday 6th of march. Today is 12th of march and i still did not get it. Never been in my house. No leaflet from parcel force. They refusing every refund. Did not get comfirmation. Absolute joke. Ridiculous what they can do. Nobody should buy from them. Use othe seller..thy will rob yur money

Parts arrived in good time and although 1 item was defective, they replaced it promptly with no fuss. Good value.

I bought a Mira lock for a patio door, I spent over 2 hours trying to get it to lock, eventually I concluded there was something not right , It cost me to send it back, and then they charged around £ 6 to put back into stock no answer re if the lock was faulty. Meantime I bought the same type mila lock from my local shop fitted it and fine , I brought this to there notice and requested my £ 6 be returned they said the lock was checked and was not faulty . I disagree . So they have the lock and I am about £ 9 down with return costs .

The replacement part arrived the next day as requested. It fitted easily. It works perfectly
