They do not seem to care about their customers. I recently bought a Bible from them direct, when I could have gone to another online store that has wonderful customer service, but they didn't have this Bible yet and I wanted it before Christmas.
The Bible arrived and the imprinting was not done well, it looked like it was wearing off already. Pages were bent and one of the ribbon markers was bent in the seam.
Their solution: We don't consider that defective. Just pull on the ribbon marker, it will straighten out.
That didn't work. And I didn't pay all that money for bad customer service and inferior product.
I don't recommend buying from them and I no longer recommend their Bibles.
