This company are great at coach holidays as everything is organized for you. As they own the hotels as well as the coaches it makes for a smooth holiday. Their staff are very helpful & friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Had a bad experience some years ago and decided to try Lochs and Glen's with a friend. It has restored my faith in travel on a bus. The journey was so comfortable and smooth owing to the driver Josh who was amazing. The Hotel brilliant couldn't do enough. Food also good. Thankyou

Good value for money hotel staff very hard working and always polite and helpful .drivers go out there way to make holiday something to remember with good excursions and information.

A very enjoyable holiday, would have loved to stay 1 or 2 days longer. Friendly helpful staff and driver. Clean room. 4 nights entertainment. Liked the quizzes and bingo too. Enjoyed the trips out.

Fantastic coach ,hotel and holiday food good will book again

It was well planned. We never felt rushed. The seats were comfortable. The hotel was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The scenery was stunning. Agood experience all round.

Our week break with Locks and Glens was at Lock Achray Hotel,Absolute first class experience from start to finish h hotel staff warm and friendly hotel and evening entertainment good.Coach driver Andy very good and informative on all excursions,fully recommend.

Good drivers ,Hotel food drinks and service excellent. Lovely trips out but too long in Mallaig not much to see and do .

Everything was well organised to picking up people and stopping times the hotel was excellent from room cleanliness to meal times and a wonderful choice of well cooked and presented meals the staff were obviously well trained can’t wait for next holiday in June thank you you are brilliant

Super Holiday , I have travelled many times with Lochs and glens to most of there 6 hotels .
The only gripe is please change the daily excursions as it is the same every time you visit each location .
otherwise I would have given 6 stars.

We enjoyed the lovely Ardgarten hotel, staff and food were excellent. Trips out on the whole we enjoyed but could have missed Callander and Dunoon. On the whole great week, drivers were very knowledgeable and we hope to do another holiday with you next year.

Everything was so special about my holiday, from josh the bus driver, the coach was comfortable, the hotel and location of it was wonderful, everyone of the staff was so friendly and helpful, all the food was excellent, so all in all i really had a good time, and definitely recommend lochs and Glen's holidays to everyone 😀 👍🏽

Cannot fault anything, including the weather!

Hotel Excellent. Staff wonderful. Views amazing. Scenery lovely. Driver knowledgeable, efficient and safe. Food good value. Excursions were a little disappointing-heavy on tourist shopping, we didn't visit one castle or residence all week. We never seemed to have very long at a destination before having to return to the coach but, always managed "shop-stops" there and back.

Would be 5 stars but hotel WiFi very poor and two visits were too long - in Dunoon and Fort William. Had the weather been poor at those two locations all we could do is to seek shelter.

Faultless from day one to last day , excellent accommodation, excellent coach driver, well arranged tours , cleaning of bedrooms on a daily basis , overall I can't fault the facilities or the employees, they couldn't do enough for you, well done

Wonderful staff and very helpful, coach was clean and our driver Dave excellent
