Andrebbero migliorati i parcheggi. Troppo stretti e si rischia, come nel mio caso, di arrivare alla fine del noleggio e fare un sinistro perché il rimessaggio é calcolato al centimetro. Alla fine mi è costato di più il danno allo specchietto che tutto il noleggio

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with Locauto Group – Milano Corvetto. The check-in and check-out processes were fast, professional, and well organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very clear in explaining everything, which made the whole rental stress-free.

The car was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as booked. There were no hidden fees. I also appreciated how efficiently everything was handled at the end of the rental.

Overall, a reliable and professional car rental company. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental experience in Milan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Macchine nuove e personale molto preparato

I rented a car for a winter trip with my family, including two small children, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

The company provided me with a car equipped with summer tires, with no snow chains and not even a spare wheel, which is completely unacceptable for winter conditions in Italy. I relied on the company’s professionalism, but the next day I noticed the issue and had to cancel our planned trip to the Dolomites to avoid risking my family’s safety or getting stuck somewhere on summer tires.

The car also had a technical problem: every time I stopped at a traffic light, the windows fogged up instantly, making it nearly impossible to drive for the first 1–2 minutes after the light turned green until the air conditioning cleared the visibility.

Before returning the car, I couldn’t refuel it up to a full tank, one bar out of four was missing. I informed the staff, yet I was charged for fuel at a highly inflated rate plus an additional penalty for not returning the car with a full tank.

The most frustrating part is that despite prepaying the rental in full, including full insurance, after returning the vehicle the company still charged my card an extra 25% of the original cost, labeled as “daily rate,” “ Theft Protection ,” " Collision Damage Waiver", " Road Tax (TO)", " Fuel" Price for petrol at that moment was 1.67 euro per liter. For 12 liters of petrol theycharged 24.41 euro instead of 20.04 euro ( unclear why is that) And then Refuelling service.

In summary:
— unsafe winter vehicle,
— unexpected extra charges,

I am very disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this company

Esperienza ottima nella sede di Milano - Corvetto. I ragazzi al desk bravissimi. Comoda la possibilità di restituire il veicolo nel parcheggio convenzionato fuori dagli orari di apertura dell’ufficio

This car rental is close to my home, but also to the subway station Corvetto, which it makes it convenient to reach. No lines as this is not an airport nor railway station.
The staff inside (Davide and the gentlemen on pick up and drop off) knows how to make your experience fast and easy.

Great experience as always! Low burocracy and fast procedures.
