Dear Customer Service Team, good afternoon

I received a sudden and unexplained charge on my card. I blocked the card because I initially suspected fraud, as I had not been properly notified by the rental company. I later realized the charge was from the rental company and was for an administrative fee.

I would like to point out that if the company had notified me about the fee in advance via email, this confusion wouldn't be happening!

Since then, I have been trying to settle the payment, without success.

I tried using the company's website to view the fees, but I am unable to submit the documentation there.

I received a form to authorize the payment for June 24, 2026, and submitted the required documentation on June 25, 2026. Even so, the company claims there are issues with the payment authorization.

I have already sent several emails trying to resolve this situation and pay the fee. I simply cannot get it done.
This situation has dragged on for far too long! We need to resolve this!

I would like a quick and efficient solution from the company. I must point out that I am unable to upload and submit the necessary documentation to rectify this situation via the customer service page.

Therefore, I look forward to an efficient and definitive solution regarding this payment.
To which email address can I forward the requested documentation to authorize payment?

Booked an automatic and they tried to give us a manual but given we were driving on the opposite side to normal we refused

Everything was nice. The car was even better that I expected. Staff was very polite and helped with the documents and other questions.

The mid-size car I booked was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a station wagon. However, we felt the car was too long and would be difficult to park in Italy, so we went back to discuss it. They immediately swapped it for a compact SUV. The car drop-off process was quick, and the overall service was excellent.

Picking up the car was quick and pleasant.
A new car with only 2,000 km.
We picked up the car at the branch in Milan and returned it at Milan airport,
the whole process was quick and easy.

Fast service, great staff, new car. Everything was great!

Mi sono trovata molto bene, personale molto gentile e competente, veicolo in buone condizioni.
L'unica "nota negativa" e' l'ufficio dove si trovano gli addetti che e' proprio un po' tenuto male e all'occhio non da una bellissima impressione; ovviamente non inficia con il noleggio dell'auto.

Everything was great until the end when we returned the car and the guy looked at the gas gauge and said all set then charged us for 8 liters plus a service fee totaling 61 euros . Unacceptable!
