This shapewear impressed with its sleek design and comfortable fit. Arrived nicely packaged, enhancing the unboxing experience. While the quality is commendable, improved breathability would be a welcome addition. Offers solid tummy control without compromising comfort. Definitely would recommend for a subtle yet effective silhouette enhancement.

Too bad cant give less them a star, 6-8-2024 placed an order and pays with PayPal. Never received anything even not my money back, order insurance did even nothing and they mislead PayPal with a fake tracking.

Buyer Beware! Bought the 3 pack of bras, they were too small so requested to return and get refund.
No return and no refund. Offered me $3 to just keep them. I will not buy from them again and will research return policies in the future.

I ordered their "bras" off of Facebook in June 2024. When merchandise arrived it had NO SUPPORT at all and was about 3 sizes too small. I ask to return and get refund. I was told items shipped was what I had order. After several e-mails back and forth I was offered only $3 for compensation and I could keep bras that do not fit and is only a piece of cloth. Very poor quality -- a piece of horrible.

I appreciate the comfortable design and lift it offers. The materials feel good against the skin, making everyday wear quite pleasant. However, it could benefit from a wider range of sizes. Overall, this item successfully blends style with function.

Ordered 3 bodysuits on 25 July, I admit there were always shipping updates but the tracking said that it was from the USA but when the parcel arrived it was from China, turns out that the tracking link that they sent me showing tracking from the USA was Localityi controlling a fake shipping website. The sizing is ridiculous, the fabric is very poor, the colours are not what I ordered and when I lodged a PayPal claim I saw that I had been charged more than the invoice stated.
Update, Localityi have agreed to refund but PayPal will not refund until I return my order the problem is the postage is more (to China) than the product cost. Strange that the return address is in China when they advertise that they are in the USA

This shapewear is absolutely amazing! It's extremely thin, yet surprisingly supportive. The cooling feature is a nice bonus. Quality is remarkable, offering comfortable tummy control. Totally recommend for its great fit and seamless design.

The shipping took quite a while, a full three weeks, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, I was relieved when it finally arrived. I suggest the seller work on speeding up their delivery service for better customer satisfaction. Overall, the product was as described and worth the wait.

I ordered two of the 3 pack bras. The offer was for the second pack of the 3 pack at a discounted price. I had a difficult time trying to estimate my bra size with their size chart. I ended up choosing the 2XL (I normally wear a 38C) it took a long time to get my bras. When I finally received the bras, the material was flimsy, and I was unsure that they were going to fit. I tried one on, and my boobs were smushed flat to my chest! I contacted customer support and they told me to send a picture of the bras showing the SKU QR code and a picture of the bra. I took a picture of a bra from each package and sent the email stating that they were too small. They replied back that they checked the order and that the correct bras were sent. If they don't fit, why not give them to someone. I replied back, saying that I'm not going to give away close to $60US dollars worth of bras and that I want a full refund. They sent me an email saying that they were the correct bras, why not keep them and accept a $5 US refund. I'm going to be going round and round with this company just trying to get any money back!! Their advertisement for the warranty is a lie!! It's unfortunate that they are allowed to keep selling their products when they are nothing more than a scam!!

I ordered a 4xl, received an outer pkg that said 4xl but bra said 4L(2xl). To say the least it doesn't fit. It took so long to receive it very frustrated that it didn't fit. It seems like you cannot trust online ordering especially when it is packaged in China.

This is a Chinese based company. Goods took weeks to arrive and when they did the quality is poor and did not fit! Requested returns procedure and full refund was offered €3 compensation and told had to return to China at my cost!!

I spent weeks going round and round trying to get my package. When I finally got ugly and demanded a refund a package showed up within a week with the wrong size. Because it has now been “ more than thirty days since my purchase” I no longer qualify for a refund even though they sent the wrong size. This company is a total scam.

Only given 1 star because not possible to give 0 stars. I bought medium size stretch trousers, I am a 10-12 UK size. The company say they clothes are UK sizing. The package arrived after a couple of weeks they were like cardboard and I wasn't able to get them past my needs, they were so small I estimate that they are possibly on the small side of a UK 6-8 or xtra small. I asked for a full refund and got asked to send photos of all the packaging etc, so they could track the package details, I haven't bothered to waste my time to do this as they have all these details as they are their details.
My advise to anyone thinking of buying from this company is not to waste your time and money.

I ordered a pair of pants, with the size selection according to the size chart. Immediately upon receipt, it was obvious the size would not fit and I began to inquire about return policies. Localityi alwas emphasizes it "will try to help" but makes no commitment to help...including refunding money. You need to write them to get the return address and even then, they do not commit to a refund (or even accepting the return). I have tried multiple emails and it appears they either do not understand my language or have no one to handle a return. Pants were ordered May 28 2024 and were received June 18 2024. I asked about a return/refund the same day. (Their policies indicate you must ask for the return address within 30 days OF PURCHASE.) Three days of correspondence since that time only resulted in some weird chat dialog that did not work.

When you order, assume there is NO RETURN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CONSIDER YOUR SALE LOST MONEY. (Also, do not be surprised if a shipping cost is added that you did not anticipate. And the shipment may be delayed in customs.)

I will never again order directly from an online seller unless I see published customer service contacts and clear return policies. (An even then, I will be apprehensive.)

The pants that I received were not the short length. They were not as advertised, stretching up to 3x the original size. At most, at the waist, they stretch about 2 inches. Overall these were not as advertised and not the correct length.

Its a shame I have to give them 1 star, I rather gave them NO star at all. I received 3 Bra's i ordered, first they were all the same colour I ordered 3 different colours but I could have lived with that if the size was right.
The size I ordered was right on the package but the bra's definitely were not the right size. When I emailed them they wanted me to take a picture of the packaging which I did. response: We ship to you according to your order size
If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size
After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.
At this stage I was very disappointed say the least and stated this in my follow up email. Again got on email back: our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
According to our return policy, if we do not send you the wrong item, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged
And the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 1USD as compensation
and you keep the products?
I emailed them 4 photographs, a screenshot from their website saying that the band size runs the same as regular bras another one of one of my own bras comparing it with theirs. The 4 photo's I emailed them clearly showed the error was on their side and not mine. I think it is an insult to offer me 1USD and to keep items I clearly can't use.
I told them I was looking forward to hear from them, "21 days later" I am still waiting for a reply. I wonder what happened, they were quick enough to tell me that I the customer was in the wrong, but when I show them the evidence they suddenly disappear of the radar.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I want to warn everyone think before buying from them.

The bra's didn't arrive. Now they want me to pay for shipping and a percentage of the order!! I'm so upset with these people. I've tracked it and they tracked it. The USPS say they cannot find the shipment anywhere. This is nothing but a scam to get n more money from the customer. If they put the correct address on the package it should have arrived. I feel it was never mailed. I don't recommend buying from this company! I WAS SCAMMED!!!

I ordered the size that I always wear and received way too small and wanted to return and demanded a refund, they offered me 3 USD and then 5 USD. I paid 32.98 USD for a pants. They are a SCAM!

I ordered a pair of trousers they sent me an email to say my top is on its way the trousers were the only thing on their advertisement?????
