I would highly recommend the team in…
I would highly recommend the team in Islington. They were absolutely fantastic!! So much more helpful than I knew was possible!
They were extremely knowledgable on the sofas, and shared really helpful info on how the different fabric types would change over time which allowed me to understand my preference. I was also advised on a deeper level about wall colours, and the size so I could understand how best it would fit into my room. I must have been there for circa 2 hours.
I felt like they really took my best interests in to consideration.
I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone!

The store was bright and clean and easy…
The store was bright and clean and easy to get around. There was a wide range of displays to view. Staff were very helpful, friendly, polite and keen to help. All my queries were answered and staff were happy to discuss options as well as giving me all the information I required. I made a purchase and came away feeling I had made a good choice and was well looked after during my visit.

Amazing service, beautiful showroom.
We honestly never thought sofa shopping could be so fun! (We bought our puppy in with us a second time for the seal of approval!). Staff were super helpful, without putting on pressure (I always find that off putting and tend to gravitate to shopping online because of it!).

Wonderful shopping experience!
Shopping at the Islington shack was such a pleasure! A lovely environment with a cinema for the kids and drinks and snacks while you peruse the gorgeous furniture. Super helpful and friendly staff. We bought a beautiful corner sofa and two rugs. Will be back!

I knew what I wanted to order and came…
I knew what I wanted to order and came in to the Islington store to grab a few more fabric swatches. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating and had great ideas. I had to take a phone call and randomly sat on a chair that wasn’t on my list and fell in love! The staff quickly pivoted and updated my order and were happy that I found something I liked even more. They couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. I was really touched that they remembered my sons name and asked for an update once our order arrives.

Despite visiting your shop in Islington and placing an order, when I got home and received the paperwork, the wrong chair had been ordered.
It was too late to phone so at 10am this morning I tried to call to change the order. I waited 40 mins for someone to answer the phone but sadly no one did so I hung up. I then wasted a further two hours visiting the store again as I’m going abroad tomorrow and will be unable to deal with it. The system was so faulty the only way to alter my order was to cancel it. Will I go back & try again? I doubt it…..!

Shopping experience was amazing
Shopping experience was amazing, one of the best we have had in years. The retail team is very nice, helpful and professional. The way everything is layed down and explained with fabrics, colours etc is brilliant. Best part is the great ways to keep kids entertained while parents shop. Just perfect!

Paid for bed that never arrived!
Our bed never arrived, nor was the call centre able to tell us where it was. Absolutely terrible service. Was forced to request a refund as they had no idea where our bed was or when it could be delivered. Even during our visit to the showroom, the salespeople didn't seem interested. So disappointed.

It was a pleasure to meet Simon (Islington store). He was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He was friendly and not at all pushy. He gave us time and space to choose what we liked yet gave us pointers to make the right choice.
We went in just to look and left after ordering a new bed, mattress and brought some new mugs.

Super Cate in Islington!
We had a fab experience in the Islington shack last week. We were assisted by Cate - who was just excellent. She listened carefully to our requirements and carefully helped us to pick out a few options and colours. She was super helpful, patient and very knowledgeable which made it a smooth process. Cate and team were also very accommodating with our young daughter by bringing her popcorn and keeping her entertained!
