Great visit to Loaf in Chiswick
Lovely, useful visit to Loaf in Chiswick. Got to try out our preferred sofas and bring home fabric samples to help us make our decision. Lovely friendly welcome from Fatiya, especially for our little dog, and excellent support and advice from Muna. Order for Squishmeister sofa now placed!

Having visited the store previously and…
Having visited the store previously and gone away to measure and have a rethink we decided the Queenie was the one! I called the customer service team and spoke to a very helpful team member who suggested I look at the little cheese as another footstool option. Order now placed and awaiting delivery for May 2026.

We went to two of you shops
We went to two of you shops, Guildford and Chiswick and both times the lovely girls serving us were great! We did know exactly what we wanted so it was very straightforward. Very exciting to get our new sofa .

Excellent service, nice shop, dog friendly
Despite the rather odd invitation to review my loaf experience, here I am. (When did the loaf shop become a “shack”? And I’m puzzled about the “rest-drive” I was supposed to enjoy in the shack).
Anyway, our buying experience was excellent. Friendly, helpful service and a very easy purchase process.
Fortunately for us, an example of the chair we were interested in was available in the shop. This helped us to make a decision.
The fabric swatches, available in the “shack”, are a really useful buying tool.
And, our dog was welcome in the shop.
So far, an excellent experience.
