Hi Harry,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timescale.
Your order was dispatched within our advertised 3–5 working day lead time. Unfortunately, once it had left us, the courier experienced delays which meant delivery took longer than expected.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when an earlier delivery date had been anticipated.
We’re currently reviewing our courier services to help prevent situations like this in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.

lack of delivery details.
I would have given five stars. but it took three deliveries on different days to complete the order.
the delivery note only appeared with the final package,
Our dispatch people had no Idea of details (quantities etc) who ordered, for the first two packages, this caused some confusion.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you received your order, although we’re sorry to hear there was some confusion during delivery.
Our records show that the order was dispatched together from our end, so it appears the parcels may have been separated whilst in transit. We appreciate your comments regarding the delivery documentation and will take this on board as we continue to improve our customers’ experience.
Thank you for your business, and we hope to assist you again in the future.

Just fitted them today, they are not used as conventional lorry straps, they are holding my shed down to stop it from blowing away on the east coast.
