Can there be a vanilla scent for the body butter?

The packing of liquid and semi liquid agents needs to be done so that pressure changes that occur during shipping don’t cause products to leak. I received a box with the tops of 2 bottles blown off and product spilled throughout the shipping box. Please respond.

The smell is great, the product is moisturizing but not too oily like most products that I've tried. And within the first week I began seeing results (even though I have kinky hair my hair was more manageable and I had less hair clogging my shower drain, the product also left a type of sheen to my afro . It kinda made me look like I had come from a 70's singing group member. LOL. I really recommend this especially if you have kinky type hair.

The facial oil was initially a gift from a conference and I loved how it made my skin feel and look even on vacation in Italy it kept my skin hydrated so I had to buy more

The products are amazing. It’s disappointing to receive the purchase with the product spilled throughout the box and bottles sticky. Debating whether to continue purchasing due to constant waste of products upon delivery. Truly wish the bottles were secured.

The lather received from Lavender and Shea calming body wash is luxurious, the Lavender oil with green tea lead and honey is intoxicating, I love ❤️ it, then to apply the Raw Shea Butter with the soothing fragrances to my skin is soothing and feels spa luxury.

I had originally not received my order, but once I reached out to the company, I got a response shortly after and they reshipped my order. It was nice to have direct communication with them and great customer service. I was also very happy about the Christmas promo code for 20% off and a free bottle of lotion! I love a good deal! Though, I forgot to enter the code,(I had two toddlers crawling on me at the time) and therefore didn't get these benefits on my order, but it was a great incentive to buy from this company.
