Ordered a dress in the sale, highly delighted with it. Fast postage. Perfect. I've watched many videos with these ladies and I must say I've never come across anyone who knows there Customers like they do. They really do take their time to make sure they answer all questions. It's like a friendly chat with a group of fantastic people. I've seen people ask about make up tips and they are happy to answer any queries put to them. Ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company and knew as soon as they arrived they weren’t what I was looking for so returned them on the same day for a refund , never even tried them on, these leggings were over £42 in total, they received them back to their warehouse within 3 days but took nearly two weeks to email me to say they don’t refund on leggings !! Why there was nothing to say before they were non refundable… they aren’t under wear… so they said I had two options to order more clothes from them and they would include them in the package or pay for even more postage to send them back to me again if I didn’t they would give them to charity!!! I will never order from this company again what an absolute rip off company this is, they should be ashamed of themselves…. There refund policy is shocking so beware if you do buy anything you may not get refunded if you don’t like them… I found out the hard way and paid 3 lots of postage as well as over £40 for leggings which are crap

Customer service is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Have called a few times with questions relating to items everyone I have spoken to goes the extra mile to answer what I have asked.

Everything is well made and fairly priced..I’m a big fan of the classic wrap dresses and Michelle biker jackets, hollie coats and lightening bolt boots!! The clothes are really nice great for the bigger plus size lady but they are getting a variety of sizes in now. I have ordered with this company time and time again and never had to send anything back only once as it just swam on me I’ve just received a lovely biker jacket in a red wine colour and it’s lovely ❤️

Placed an order. Clothes arrived in good time. The clothes were outstanding. Perfect fit and extremely good value for money.

Returns and refunds take too long to be actioned which is unnecessary in this day and age of technology and banking systems. One item in my order had to be returned due to being faulty and although I emailed them with photo of fault and the item was returned as instructed by them I am still waiting for my refund😪
