Sent a unit that didn't work
Sent a unit that didn't work, Had to delete files then re-install them. That didn't fix the problem after several weeks of e-mail Tennis they just stopped communicating with me.
So now im £300 odd quid out of pocket with something that isn't working, with the prospect of trying to send it back and buying the thing i need from a more reputable supplier.

Excellent service
The item arrived promptly and once the software had been updated it worked perfectly with my Porsche. So many fault codes to investigate!

Cheaper than having the dealership diagnose it. Easy to use
Bought this to try and remove some error codes, unfortunately the code I have won't reset (airbag issue, not the diagnostic machine.) But it was cheaper to buy this than have the dealership diagnosed it.
