First I get email after email to order the item I ordered already, second delivery time is very long, third I received the wrong item; Hope the return goes smoothly.
I purchased an adjustable necklace from Lizzy James but I could not get it over my head once I adjusted it to the length I wanted. Not easy to adjust. I returned the necklace and had to receive a gift card per their policy. I finally found something I wanted to buy with my $78 gift card and I wanted to use a savings code for a promotion that they were offering. After spending 45 mins trying to use the gift card and talking with customer service I was told that I could not use two promotions with the g/c. I do not know what the other promotion was but I thought maybe there was a promotion that was with the g/c from my original purchase. So I searched again for something else to buy for that price. I settled on a leather necklace with a silver bar. I received the necklace Yesterday. They packaged it in a small square box and it was wound around like a bracelet. I have been laying it out flat so it will straighten out so it can be worn. Also the leather is very thin and the necklace is certainly wasn’t worth the money I spent. I would not recommend these products.
I ordered two bracelets, neither of which were custom designed, wrap, or leather. Just simple chain and bead styles. I spent $170+ and received them yesterday. Both bracelets were well below quality standards and I couldn’t imagine wearing them so I emailed the company immediately to start the return process. BEWARE! This company has a no return policy. Don’t waste your money on their sub par merchandise.
I saw an advertisement for their products on Facebook and got excited. I placed an order. The shipping was fast. The item initially looked of goid quality. I placed the bracelete on my wrist and began to wear it during my work day. I do take approximately 3-4 bathroom breaks per day and wash my hands as any normal human should. About 20 days in I noticed that the bracelete clasp had started changing color. The "gold" tone eas fading and showing silver. I contacted them with a picture showing the problem via email. Their first and immediate response was that they could not see the issue in the picture. I took several more and responded to them with those additional pictures. They then responded that it was obvious that I had "let the item get wet". My response was that I wash my hands so their might be a few drops of water coming in contact with the item but the item has not been submerged in water by no means. They suggested I take the item off each tome I wash my hands! Now if I had paid $30.00 for this item I might agree that I should not expect durability. I paid near $100.00 and I have a reasonable expectation that their item would not change colors with 20 days.
They recommended that I send the item back at my cost and include an additional $6.00 so they could change out the clasp. I felt this was ridiculous. I asked for a full refund and said I would send them the item back at my costs. They refused. How do you make and sell low quality merchandise and refuse to refund those who request their money back when your item changes color? I do not recommend you purchase from this company. They are selling items that can be bought in a drug store for an inflated price. Do not get scammed.
