Purchased arrived almost immediately. The you-tube video instructions were easy to follow (ensure you check your junk folder as the vital information may end up in there). Good value for money so far.

Terrible, one man band outfit.
Terrible. Did not receive the license key when promised. When I chased he blamed various different things but didn't take responsibility or offer to resolve. I had to chase again and only after threatening to get the money refunded through my credit card company did he refund me. He then sent me nasty emails because I left a negative review.

Again it worked perfectly.
My 1st purchase was a few years ago and from a well known platform. Everything worked out fine so that I went back to Lizosoft when I needed another licence for some of my relatives. Again it worked perfectly.

Excellent customer service!!
Easy download and installation if you watch the video on lizosoft website. I ran into a small issue after the installation, and it was quickly resolved. All I had to do was drop an email to lizosoft and the reply was minutes in coming back. Thanks for your excellent customer service! That's what gets customers like me coming back!
