Safe and secure place we get my office and windows keys. Never had and issue. The activation center makes it even easier to activate by phone.

Hi, thank you for taking time to leave a review.
I have reviewed the sale in depth and we disagree with your comments.
You purchased Office 2019 Professional Plus RETAIL and you tried to activate this license at the office portal through setup.office.com despite the fact we explained in your confirmation email to activate the license from the retail download provided by Microsoft.
The next day you sent us another message asking for support again trying to activate your license at the office setup license portal and this time you were trying to enter a PIN code which we never sent you.
Sir that portal is for MDSN, Office 365 or extension apps such as Project or Visio and not for 2016 or 2019 versions of Office.
We again replied, this time within 8 minutes, directing you to the help page as it was clear you were still trying to activate a license inside the 365 portal using a pin code.
The support link we sent you was: https://lizosoft.co.uk/pages/Activate2019PP
You then made no further contact with us and we closed the ticket.
A 1 star trip advisor notice informed us of your comments in which you replied and I quote,
"Key not working, not willing to help".
We can see, this is simply not true, we tried to support you each and every time you contacted us.
We can also see the product key works perfectly fine as you now have activated it successfully.
You also went to the product review section on trust pilot and left 1 stars for everything and a comment that read, and I quote.
"Not working. No support at all, in a week."
We also disagree with your comments as you DID receive full support.
You also stated it was not working yet we can see you have already activated this.
You emailed us today and stated and I quote,
"Anyway, we ordered in the past, and everything went OK.
Since ALL our previous keys bought from you worked by FIRST downloading the corresponding office or windows version, and activating it AFTERWARDS, you'll forgive us if we tried it again"
You ordered in the past and everything was fine but you only decided to come and leave us a 1 star today but nothing positive to say about the other sales?
All our product keys activate AFTER you download the software for Windows.
The office keys for RETAIL activate AFTER you download the software.
You purchased a retail key this time and we clearly stated this in the email.
You tried to activate the license BEFORE downloading at the portal, no this has NEVER been the case.
I understand you believed you had to activate this on the portal page of Microsoft but that is incorrect and we did explain this you on multiple occasions.
Only sellers who sell MDSN pirated keys will send you to setup.office.com so please do not confuse our supply with other sellers.
We are Microsoft certified resellers and do not supply MDSN or MAK licenses that you find on eBay or other retail websites!
I asked you 3 times today to send me the email confirmation you received from us with your order so I can point out exactly where it says do NOT use the setup.office.com portal, but you declined to send me it.
I disagree with you and would point you to the other reviews that state the very opposite to what you have expressed.
I appreciate you made a mistake, but it was still your mistake.
If you read the correct message at the start sir, you would not have needed support.
I have never had a single complaint from anyone.

I have purchased Microsoft software from Lizosoft on many occasions. They have very helpful staff who are quick to respond to any activation questions etc. Can't fault them on price or customer service.
