Have used Liz Earle for many years. Lovely fragrances and not overpowering. Had noticed problems with my skin but I put them down to age. However after reading reviews I can see other customers having... Mehr ansehen

What on earth has happened to Liz Earle…
What on earth has happened to Liz Earle .. I used to love Superskin. Just bought the whole bundle and my skin which is normally great is horrific .. spotty and stinging. Just going to bin them all. What a waste of money. I prefer Body Shop or Superdrug at a fraction of the price
Really disappointed that all the…
Really disappointed that all the formulas of these much loved products have changed. Been using and loving them for years but will not be buying again.
New packing - bad idea
I have bought Eyebright and Instant Boost Skin Tonic for 15+ years and I love the products. However, the recent change of packaging means that I will no longer buy them. I am sure that the company has good reasons for the change, but it is impossible to get the correct amount of liquid from the bottles. I usually buy from QVC and I have lodged a complaint with them.
skin tonic change
i felt I had no choice to add my review.Like so many other customers the change to the formula and container make this a much inferior product.I have used the brand for over 20 years, but no longer.I feel very sad to do this, but no point in buying an inferior product at a premium price.
So sad to agree with these comments
So sad to agree with these comments. Liz Earle was a top brand and always affordable. The lovely scents have disappeared and been replaced with artificial smells, plus they no longer feel good on my skin. It now feels dry and tight after using and brings me out in spots. I thought it was just the new version of the skin tonic but sadly it’s the cleansers now too!
I used to love these products
I used to love these products, it cleared my skin, I was so happy, until they changed the ingredients, spots and blackheads appeared again.
The demise of Liz Earle Products...
I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the all the changes that have happening with the Liz Earle Products. I've been a devoted follower for over 20 years now but sadly it ends here...
The Orange Blossom Toner was one of my favourite go-to products, the smell gave you an instant uplift and now it smells artificial and I wonder what it's actually doing to my skin!!
Likewise with the Super Skin moisturiser, again another fav, now leaves a greasy film on my skin, its awful!
I doubt the products will revert back to the original formulas as clearly they are more costly to produce and its all about the 'bottom-line', so I'll be looking new skin care products, which is a great shame....
Disgraceful company, goodbye
Please explain how you can continue to misguide customers? You have awards plastered all over your website for a skin tonic that has since changed as well as old reviews for the previous product? Those awards/reviews were for the old recipe which you have destroyed. Loyal customer lost, you ruined the cleanse and polish, the dry/sensitive day cream and now the skin tonic. You continue to misguide and falsely advertise on your website, you should be reported. Awful awful awful.
Good company poor skin tonic change
Unfortunately I was not happy with the new toner and Liz Earle could not refund it as I decanted it into another bottle but they replaced it with another product they were very helpful. I do hope they revert back to the old tonic though I do miss it. I'm having to order it on ebay
Fantastic gift set
Fantastic gift set, quick arrival
Tone deaf 'customer services'
Tone deaf 'customer services'. Misleading 'Black November' promotion. Offer not honoured dispite them wrongly grouping products 'in offer' together on their site. When I complained they sent me the small print. I wanted an apology for misleading customers. Not first time their promotional offers haven't worked. I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm taking myself off their mailing list and finding alternative face products. Not quality once were anyway. Avoid.
What’s happened?
What happened to the original Liz Earle I have been using for 15 years? It seems that they have changed the formulas to a lot of their products and now they are terrible. C&P isn’t the same consistency, very thin in texture and I’m finding it hard to fully remove my makeup. Toner is foamy and stings which is such a shame because the original use to really soothe my skin. Packaging is getting cheaper and I received my last order in a padded envelope - bottle just chucked in. Liz Earle products use to come beautifully packaged with samples so this is such a shame. I have now switched to Elemis.
I ♥️ this brand
I ♥️ this brand. I understand that for some of us it won't work but I'm so happy that I found something what actually works for me. I'm 40 ...I was searching all my life for good skincare products. I've sensitive skin. I can only use couple shower gels and body lotions. My skin reacts so quickly if I use anything else. My face....hmm this is a challenge. 40 + oily + sensitive + hormonal acne. I tried everything. Some really expensive brands. Since I started using Liz Earle products my skin looks and feels so fresh and girly. Few random spots before period...other wise lovely fresh looking skin. I love how all products smells as well. For me it's like a daily visit to spa. I could not thank you enough for your products. Also the price! Saves me so much money as I was using much more expensive known brands.
Instant BURN skin tonic…
I have just used the instant boost skin tonic I bought a few weeks ago. Different bottle shape, oh well never mind I thought. The minute I put it on the cotton wool pad it foamed and felt soapy, it spilt all down thw side of the bottle. I tried a bit on my face and it instantly felt itchy and burned I had to rinse it off. I must have got a faulty batch I thought .... then I looked online and saw all these reviews. It used to be such an amazing product that has 'sorted' my skin for years. Not anymore!! My skin is red and itchy. What on earth have they done to this wonderful product to make it sooooo awful. You've just lost a customer Liz Earle!!!
Liz Earl has just lost another loyal customer
I have used skin boost tonic for 10 years as I have sensitive skin and acne rosacea. It was perfect for me. The new bottle is completely different. It foams and burns my skin. I will never buy your products again.
So much change
Skin tonic changed and unrecognisable, same goes with skin repair, so disappointed. Shampoo next to change no doubt, looking for new brand, company not listening.
I have been a customer of Liz Earle…
I have been a customer of Liz Earle products for over 10 years. I recently purchased 2 sets of beauty treatments which included daily routine. When I opened the Skin tonic toner I noticed it was very different and was like washing my face with a bar of soap. I contacted the customer service at Liz Earle as I was not aware that the product had changed. The call handler informed me of the change and said that they could send me an alternative very much like the skin toner I thought I had purchased. She informed me that to receive this product I needed to print off a label and return the old product. This is unacceptable and I would have expected that Liz Earle should have sent me this alternative without all this messing around. There is nothing on this product stating change. I now have 2 sets of Liz Earle that I will not be now using and will not be purchasing any more.
I use facial toner which smells…
I use facial toner which smells amazing. Just ordered a new one which has no fragrance plus it foams. This is not what I ordered. Don’t change something that isn’t broken. Won’t be ordering again.
Awful changes to the toner. Unusable.
I’ve been using Liz Earle for several years now and loved their toner, but having recently bought a new bottle of toner it’s clear they’ve changed the formula and it’s awful. Instead if going in as a clear non-reactive liquid like it used to be it now goes all foamy on the pad and the second it touches my skin it bubbles up and burns, especially around the eye area.
I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. It’s completely in useable as toner anymore, and I’ve got a whole bottle that I’ll have to throw away. I don’t know what they’ve done to it but the changes are just awful. Do not use.
A terrible change to the toner
The toner was my absolute favourite product, but similarly to those below I now find it leaves a stickiness to my skin. It foams up on the pad which isn’t a pleasant feeling at all for a toner. It feels like it’s trying to be a cleanser and should be washed off! The bottle has an awful new design where it leaks down the side as it comes out and the smell is no where near as nice, really disappointing. I won’t be buying any of their products again.
