I received a heated blanket as a Christmas gift which I loved, but it suddenly stopped working last weekend, there was a problem with the controller. I emailed customer service in Lavivo and they have been just phenomenal. My emails were responded to within 24 hours… the customer care was amazing…. And I have been given a replacement blanket with a full apology within 48 hours. It is so nice to see a company treat customers this way…. And I’d highly recommend their excellent customer support. A wonderful outcome after thinking I’d lost my lovely Christmas gift 😊. A very happy Irish customer for sure

I had purchased an electric throw from Livivo via Amazon in 2024 and also last year, both for friends and still working well, loved by friends. I bought one for myself at the end of January, again via Amazon. It was great, very cosy, but two days ago it just stopped working. This was obviously a one off, as the others are still working.
What impressed me even more with Livivo, was the way they dealt with my problem. They replied straight away, didn’t question what had happened, apologised profusely, and a replacement is on its way. They aren’t asking me to return the faulty throw, as they thought I’d been inconvenienced too much already.
The sign of a good company is not just about their products, but also how they deal with complaints, and I would definitely recommend them with 5 stars.

My blanket is broken and noone responds
Terrible customer service.
After being told via email that I could get a replacement heated blanket sent out urgently (I received one for Christmas and it stopped working after a few days!)
the company then decided to not go ahead with the replacement! (After weeks of ignoring my emails)
Promising a replacement and then failing to deliver it is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company’s standards and credibility. Will not be ordering from here again.
Brilliant Product, delivered quickly by supplier at Livivo!

I ordered an electric blanket in December 2024 with no issues. I packed away in original box and when got it out to use this winter it was not working.
I emailed customer services to explain the issue and on providing proof of date of original order they replaced with no issues and replacement arrived within a couple of days. Great customer service which I cannot fault at all.

I’m in process of moving to a new home, my friend recommended this handy, neat and compact foldable step stool she had been using for years. I’ve ordered one but unfortunately it had arrived damaged.
I’ve written to the company and had a swift response and an apology. A replacement was offered immediately and I couldn’t believe it how efficient, communicative and helpful the customer service was. With no doubt I’ll be looking at some other products in due course and will not hesitate to recommend this company, their service and attention to consumer needs to friends and family. Thank you BB
