Excellent service, very quick response on a Sunday evening. Really pleased with the case, exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered a suitcase they sent the wrong one then collected it agreed to refund me, now they are trying to make me pay for it.

Absolutely discussed case broke after first use, contacted customer service and blamed my daughter on breaking it. Zip has clearly broken in a few places would not uses and I hope the other two case don’t break also. Nearly 400 pounds spent on cases and the customer service was no help asked for contact number and said it’s only email

I did not receive my first order in the time allocated. There is only an email contact for the business and I got an insufficient response. There is no contact number. I messaged through webchat and did not get a response.

I have requested cancellation of both my orders.

I am not sure this is even a genuine business. Do NOT order from this website.

I had just gotten a new phone and had thought was an iPhone 15 pro so of course this was the personalized cover I bought and when it arrived , I immediately emailed and kindly advised they sent the wrong one and it was after emailing this , I looked at the box it was a Pro Max 🤦🏼‍♀️ I emailed, confessed and apologized and they still kindly sent me the same cover but for my style of phone free of charge even though it was my fault ! Amazing customer service and I love my phone cover too

I ordered a suitcase whilst in London with guaranteed delivery - it did not arrive and I emailed to say it had not arrived and when i was leaving - they accepted there had been an excessive delay but refused to refund me, they sent the item to the place I was staying even though I told them I would not be there. They have no customer service other than by email and they choose which emails they want to reply to and which they don’t!
I would not recommend this company

Zip broke after first use! Contacted customer service and very poor response blaming me for the zip breaking rather than offering to exchange the product as clearly can see in video evidence poor quality. Do not recommend using this company as you’re paying over £100 for a case to be used once! Shameful!!!

Ordered over the bank holiday weekend advertisement said delivery would be between the 7th and the 9th so I emailed checking if it would be or would it be delayed due to bank holiday and they where Adamant and quite blunt with telling me it would be there by the 9th and there now way of checking how far down the Production line it is after all there UV printed and that don’t take long so on the 9th iv emailed to say iv not received anything from DPD regarding my delivery like you told me I would by the 9th and then to get told there’s a delay and it’s still in processing due to the amount of orders and the bank holiday why tell me you can not check then tell me due to the BH and the amount of orders it’s still being made imagine if you needed them by the day they said they would be delivered you would be stuffed and wouldn’t have a case

I bought a medium size personalised suitcase for my 10 year old daughter and it’s perfect, she absolutely loves it and has now made me order a plastic protective covering to keep it pristine! Thank you. Super fast delivery too 👍🏻

My suitcase had to been sent from the UK to Australia and the couriers notifications indicated that it was due to arrive on a certain date, which it didn't. When contacting LiveX my concern was followed up immediately and the service was incredible, friendly and attentive. Thank you, Sarah.

I have bought 4 personalised suitcases and several luggage tags with my company logo. I travel roughly 30 flights a year and have had these suitcases for 2 years. They have worn well and still in great condition.
