Seems good product but SLOW
Product seems ok and it’s good to find a lender that will consider lending to older people. In line with all the less favourable reviews their timescales seem very long and the whole process seems to set a standard 48 hours between each step! Hence the one star so prospective customers can be aware and explore this beforehand.

We needed a remortgage.
We needed a remortgage to stay in our home. Umar Khan found a way for this to happen (when our existing mortgage provider, Lloyds, couldn't be bothered). Excellent service from Live More, all their staff and their legal team. Can't thank them enough.

What a totally flexible lender this is
What a totally flexible lender this is, and as a semi retired mortgage broker, who was looking at later life lending (which was out of my remit), I can't praise this company enough. Especially Patrick Bunton who really went the extra mile to help us and make the whole process a lot easier. Just how I like to look after my own clients, so high praise indeed.

It's not as scary as you think
Our mortgage experience with this company has been the best ever, just when we expected it to be more difficult at our stage in life! Pat has a very easy friendly manner. He was professional but so approachable and easy to deal with at the same time. I must also mention patient! Especially when we kept changing our minds nothing was too much trouble. The mortgage offered is perfect for us after looking at various options. Please don't hesitate to give them a call you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be recommending to friends.
