Very straightforward process from the introduction by our Financial Advisor to receiving the offer of mortgage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Livermore.

My main contact Mark Finan was excellent. Always responded swiftly and answered any queries comprehensively.

On the other hand, due diligence was extremely tiresome and OTT.

And, worst of all, the law firm used by Livemore was shockingly inefficient and difficult to deal with.

As a specilaist mortgage broker, Live More have always been a lender that I love using, especially for older clients, who sometimes just need help. One of my clients was being forced to sell her home if she couldn't get a mortgage sorted. Her current lender would not offer anything to help her, despite her very difficult situation. I submitted an application to Live More in November 2022, and there have been many bumps and hurdles along the way, but Live More have been patient, understanding, and empathetic throughout. My case was well outside of their normal acceptable turnround times, but they have been flexible and have done everything to help my client. I must also give specific praise to Krystle who has been absolutely outstanding throughout, helping to keep the case alive, and speaking to underwriters to deliver a result for the client that literally at times seemed impossible. Amazing service, amazing lender, and Krystle is an absolute star!!

I found the Business Development Manager (Margarita) and Kylie really helpful. The application, once agreed, flew through! They know what they are doing and do not drag their heels. Everything is explained clearly and all the documents are clear and easy to follow. A great service

Very poor misunderstandings between your underwriter and BDM's which lead to much confusion about how and why the loan amount was decided. Our client was very much disappointed and they being being such an excellent vanilla client, this left a poor taste in one's mouth. Client has asked that we follow this up and we will do so.

LiveMore are a excellent lender which feels a real gap in the market for people of older ages who don't want to either downsize and have an outstanding mortgage or older people who potentially want to move to an area closer to family to help out. You can speak directly to an underwriter via e-mail which is great and allowing your clients to fix the rate for life provides financial security to my clients. I am more than happy with the service you have provided to my client.

Great communication from the lender and the underwriters. At first it was so easy to understand the calculations as it is very detailed but the BDM called me the next day to walk me through it and it made it easier for me to relay the advice to my client. Great service overall .
