Great experience. Nice product.

I ordered a replica of my Uncle's Car (as a gift) he was really pleased with it. While it took a bit for it to get here, it arrived safe and sound and the quality was very good.

The ordering process was very easy. The item was delivered as promised and as described. The car was pack in multiple boxes, and it arrived without any damage. This was a large item order 12 pounds and over $1500.00 This is the third time I have made a purchase always with the same results. I will definitely recommend.

Excellent detail model. Very satisfied.

Very happy with model, received in good condition. Prompt service.

Provided great communication and effort to find two rare models at reasonable prices. I'd say 'the best in the biz'.

Happy with the car will buy again. Thank-You!

This company is a scam. You charged for expedited shipping to arrive by Father’s Day. Would not provide any updates at all. We tried calling so many times and no update was provided other than “I see your order and it’s coming”. After over a month, a manager finally answered and said it was coming from Italy and would arrive “by end of the month”. Had no ability to know what the actual status is.
I would advise everyone to be very careful and avoid this company. You’ll be extremely disappointed and will have to fight to get your money back.

Dealer did a Great job in answering questions about shipping dates, pack well and arrived on time. I will be a return customer..

Absolutely love the models. And received them in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the service.

Incredible model! Attention to detail was superb. A few tiny blemishes and imperfections, but only to be expected. Was very impressed by the cloth seatbelts and the steering wheel actually connected to the wheel turning. Highly recommend if you either have money to burn or are obsessed with the car. I fell into the latter group, and it was totally worth the purchase.

Live car models is a very good company to deal with they have very good customer service that will stay in contact with you especially if you’re ordering something pre-order where it’s not in production yet or it’s going to take a while they always keep me updated and we’re on top of everything even after a shipping problem that was not them they went above and beyond to fix the problem and to get me the product that I ordered hands-down great company to deal with and great customer service I give them five stars because it’s a company when you order something from that stands behind it and backs it up with great customer service which you cannot find in this day and age I highly recommend them

Received the model, this thing looks so real! I cannot believe it! From inside and outside - very good!

Great selection of model cars, great communication. Allen is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
Absolutely 5 ⭐️

Model is period perfect even the bodykit, tracking to Australia very good, was a gift, recipient very happy, wonderful experience, thank you

Very helpful customer support (pre and post-sale). Fast shipping and excellent product. Would definitely do business with Livecarmodel.com again!

Took a while to come from China but otherwise happy.

Great service and quick delivery. Owner is professional and always gets back to any questions you may have

I pre-ordered the belly tank racer and hauler at probably the worst time....their customer service did their best to keep me informed of the progress and through all the wait, I know they did their best with a broke logistic system. The wait was worth it. It came today and the belly tank racer is a work of art. I could not be happier.
