Everyone enjoyed the course and the way it was structured allow them all to gain new skills to help with the part of their job they find difficult and gave reassurance that they are getting some parts right. This is the first kind of course our company has undertaken, and Richard our instructor was brilliant! Adapting the course to our businesses specific needs and making the whole experience very interesting and engaging for all levels of the business!

The best customer service course I have seen. Excellent, thought provoking content to challenge individuals to deliver customer service excellence. The course contained a lot of tips and tricks to help improve customer care, all delivered brilliantly by the trainer.

The experience we had with Live and Learn from start to finish was excellent, we were kept well informed prior to the training and Richard Bibby gave us top notch training on the days that he delivered to us.

The course topic had the possibility to be very mundane, however this was not the case Richard made the topic entertaining whist also delivering the content required.

We will definitely be looking to use Live and Learn again for our training needs.

We started our training programme with a great Leadership Skills course run by Paul Kitchen. Not only was the content excellent, the way Paul managed both sessions made it even more impactful.
