Ha sido fácil y confiable alquilar mi piso con ayuda de Sam, muchas gracias por la ayuda y el servicio que prestáis, he podido conseguir una vivienda desde el exterior con seguridad.

Una empresa versátil, rápida y segura. Han cubierto todas mis necesidades desde el minuto 1, el trato con Sam ha sido espectacular, espléndido de cabo a rabo. Le pondría un 20 si se pudiera.

Reserve mi alojamiento desde mi ciudad, Teruel, así que no hice visitas, eso estuvo perfecto. Llegue tarde y me dejaron las llaves en una cajetilla con clave y me ayudaron incluso a cambiarme de piso, ya que me venia mejor por la cercania de la uni y no me cobraron de más. Llevo dos meses en el piso y me han arreglado también algunas cosillas que se dañaron. Por ahora todo correcto con ellos. Espero le sirva a alguien más ;) un saludo

Me gustó mucho el trato con la Nico nos atendió . 100%recomendable además el contrato se firmó desde el teléfono y el propietario al final nos dejó entrar a Lua(nuestra perrita).muchas gracias

LIVE4LIFE are SCAMMERS and CRIMINALS. They take money from you under the pretext of checking the apartment for the client before they arrive, the cost is one month of rent (in my case it was €850), when in fact they do not check anything and when you ask about it they say that the landlord did not let them in. And of course, on their website, the flat looks perfect and renovated and that is NOT what it is in reality. In reality agencies impose this fee on everyone who does not rent the apartment for the whole year, it does not guarantee that you will get the flat in a good state. They cooperate with landlords who are scammers in my case it was landlord José Maria Peñalver who is advertised on the live4life website as "Propietario Top" - a landlord who ignores you and the issues and does not reply to messages. The condition of the premises in the photos is almost perfect, but in reality it is a hole smelling of a cesspool and sewage smell as there are no siphons in the pipe installations, walls are flooded with water every time it rains and water pours from the electrical installations which have not been secured correctly, threatening electrical shock and threatning life, mold on the walls, cockroach infestations and all kinds of vermin live there. Honestly, it is cleaner in a pigsty. The premises are an apartment on Carrer de Felipe Salvador 10, fifth floor. Don't let yourselves be fooled, this is a planned action. The landlord does not take any action and doesn't fix anything, he and live4life are thiefs.

Aucun suivi concernant la location. Aucun état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie. De plus cela fait presque 3 mois que j'attends que ma caution soit rendue et personne de répond à mes mails

Reserve desde mi ciudad y todo perfecto. Me ayudaron con el tema de llaves, ya que llegué tarde el día que entre. Muy agradecida 😇

Cuidado con esta agencia LIVE4LIFE no es nada fiable no te enseñan el piso porque ni saben como está. El delegado de Sevilla "Andy" se desentiende una vez que recibe el dinero. Dice "que no le funciona el teléfono". A un día de entrar no podía contactar con el, ni con la empresa gestora.
Incluso los trabajadores de LIVE4LIFE hacen uso del piso para fines de semana con amigos/as.
La empresa Gestora de Valencia SANSANAR no conoce el "estado pésimo" en el que está el piso y si necesitas algo la chica no te coge el teléfono solo para cobrar o si necesita ella algo, pero no responde. Eso si se quedan con la fianza que no le corresponde a pesar de lo mal que entregan el piso, se inventan cualquier historia para no devolverla.
No recomendable.

Mi último alquiler que compré fue en live4life y me ha ido superbien, la atencion al cliente de 10 y el apartamento perfecto, lo recomiendo al 100%

Mi hogar con esto se ve mejor, excelente calidad y algo a recomendar .

Cuidado estafa denunciar a policía yo acabo de hacerlo , no dejemos q esta gente nos estafe no son ni tan siquiera agencia ,es una estafa

No conocen el piso: ni lo han visto ni saben los detalles. Les pregunto porque tienen características contradictorias en el anuncio (he contado 5) y me dicen que llamarán al propietario y me contestarán. No lo hacen y me cuelgan cuando les llamo yo.
Es una agencia nada seria y poco fiable y viendo los comentarios anteriores SON UNOS ESTAFADORES
