Don't but anything from this website. They do everything so you don't mail them back merchandise. There is no customer service phone number on the web and refund address. I asked several times for it and instead the usual sales tactic is to offer you discount so you keep their products and drag it out the time. If you are a reputable business, make refunds easy and provide information upfront. Don't play your sales game.
I see my comments echoed by others in Better Business Bureau's website too.

This company is a scam. Ordered a body posture corrector and received it after about 3 weeks. The item was a joke and did not come near being effective. When I went to return it I was told their phone lines were being serviced and to email them. After several emails I was finally told of their return process.They wanted 3 photos of the product and a reason for the return. This was merely a stalling process and a way to make the return more difficult. I have since went online and found several sellers of the same product by the same manufacturer for half the price. I decided that this company was a fraud and I did not want to waste anymore of my time with them. I told them to forget the return. I promised I would let others know about their crooked company.

I bought the Orthopedic Bunion Corrector hoping they would work for my bunions. The product came on time and I eagerly tried to wear them that very night. I was in for a total disappointment. The little strap around my toe was so uncomfortable as it was actually pulling at my toe when I tried to wrap the thing around my foot. Also, I could not strap it tight enough around my bunion to give it the effect. So, what was the point of wearing them? I emailed their customer service to get information on the refund. Elizabeth informed me that she would need 3 images of the product at different angles for validation and the return shipping costs would be paid by the customers. However, she offered me a 40% refund if I opted to keep the product. Why pay 60% and keep a useless product?

My advice is: Do not be fooled, the product will not work, keep your money.

I just ordered 2 pairs of the orthopedic bunion corrector for $23.99 with free shipping. The email receipt stated I was charged $45. I made the purchase within the 9 minutes that they give you to make this purchase (actually under 2 1/2 minutes) for you to receive the 2 for 1 deal. I sent them an email but was told the same thing everyone else is told....give us 24-48 hours.I have my credit card company already disputing the payment. Website is nothing but a gimmick. I'm already so disgusted and I didn't even receive anything yet!

Purchased posture device through Facebook ad. The package arrived over 10 days later despite my paying extra $$ for 2 day shipping.

There was no invoice enclosed. Nothing that identified the source of the product or contact information if you had issues - which I did. It did not fit & hence, did not work.

I contacted PayPal. PayPal had the phone number for the company. When you call, the message sounds like someone working out of their garage. No street address provided; no fax number; no email address - literally no identifying info - only a plea that they are busy and a request to wait a few days.

So I send an email to the address provided by PayPal. Auto-reply, you guessed it, saying they are busy and asking to give them 24-48 hours.

Send another email - get the same auto-reply.

Finally after 4 months, I receive response to my 3rd email. Email requests I provide proof of purchase because they could find no record.

I do.

They respond, you didn't let us know before 30 days.

I did. It is not my fault you don't answer the phone or provide other contact info.

Terrible company , it's a scam. I bought bunion correction from them and it says in supplied brosure that you can see results between 4-8 weeks. After 5 weeks it was no results at all, send them a picture of the bunion and asked for refund, which they guarantee in the same brosure. The response from them was that it's over 30 days and no refund. Very misleading information. Will contact BBB

I have bought several items from the store. Their customer service was fantastic. I had to return one item because it was defective and I instantly got an email back and with no hassle they said just return it and will send you a new one. I'm happy to say this new one works properly and it was just a defective product. The customer service is amazing

Their "BodyWellness™ Posture Corrector" is a total scam, shame!
Reasons why:
- 197 reviews, 5 and 4 stars only on their website => fake
- They show a so-called discount from $50 to ~$27, which lasts forever
- I looked up this product on the internet, it's just a generic posture corrector that other vendors sell for between $2 and $3. MASSIVE RIP-OFF. Prove: go for example to lazada.co.th and type "posture corrector" and you'll find exactly the same product for less than $3

BodyWellness™ Posture Corrector from littlestyleshop.com does NOT work and it will damage your muscles. My arm become numb after 10 minutes due to the band pressuring and stopping blood flow and even then the force is not strong enough to correct your posture.

When I leave review on their site, 1-star 2-star will not be published and only high ratings will be posted on their site. Absolute scam website. AVOID!!

The customer service is great! I had a question regarding how to put the posture corrector on and they responded within a few minutes. I also love the quality of the corrector. It's soft and doesn't bother my underarms. Highly recommend it!

Ordered this product. It was on facebook. Never received the product. Tried calling. Recording says to contact customer service via email. Tried 3 times, no response. They charged my credit card and I never received the product.

Don’t waste your money! (Anti-slouching/Posture corrector)

Tested this product with high hopes but must say it is not worth it and possibly harmful.

- Biomechanically flawed: The counterforce used to pull your shoulders back is placed to high (at the neck). As the pectoral muscles pulling your shoulders forwards are way stronger than the back of your neck, all it does is pull your neck forwards, which is probably what you are trying to avoid in the first place.

- Scientifically not sound: in no way would such a brace help build the muscles needed to sustain posture. In fact quite the opposite is true: relieving muscle rather results in the weakening of it. It probably makes more sense to do have a physical therapist assign a proper exercise regimen.

- Safety requirements: I assume, as this product is considered considered a lifestyle product, rather than a medical device, I doubt it has been properly tested in a GLP setting.

- Fake reviews: I highly doubt that all these positive reviews and testimonials are authentic and suspect that many of them are purchased from a click farm in Bangladesh or something. I wish there where more over-site concerning this issue.

I purchased this and as soon as I did was told it would take 3-4 months before receiving. That was a red flag. I waited and I checked where my package’s location with the tracking code I recieved. It was from China and was DELIVERED somewhere in China. I live in the United States this is some bs.
