I read a previous review - outstanding. I sent a big box to my daughter in law for her birthday - great selection pronounced as delicious. Delivery as expected and on time, packaged safely with contents well protected. Will definitely use your company again.

Wonderful cakes, lovely light sponge with an interesting choice of flavours. Delivery was perfect as cakes were so well packaged. Very pleased with products and service.

Very happy with my order

Delivery was very late and packaging was severely damaged,so unfortunately the cakes were a little stale.. i have enjoyed them in the past.

What went wrong
What went wrong? Your entire concept of cupcakes as an alternative to a Birthday cake.Ok, so maybe someone may prefer them to a cake. But... these were awful the favours were geared towards a 10 years Birthday and the packaging was the worst!They came packaged in clear plastic trays as if they came from the local Asda.Which is where I will order next for a lot cheaper.

Arrived exactly on time as ordered. Cakes were delicious. Unfortunately Royal Mail managed to squash the box and sadly the tops of some of the cakes were also squashed.

Arrived on time but let down by packaging
Arrived intact and on time, which was appreciated as they were a gift. I haven't seen them in person (just a photograph), or tasted them, but for the price I think the consumer's experience on opening the package could be improved. The cupcakes were presented in very basic, clear 9-hole plastic cup-cake packaging which cheapened the whole experience. I would expect better given the price point.

Ordering was very easy and delivery perfectly on time. my friend was delighted and she told me they were truly delicious. She told me they were Perfect size to share with her friends after their meal.
I had one disappointment which was they needed to be delivered in a pretty box as the cakes looked too gorgeous in a plastic tray protected by straw papershreads. Thank you.
