Martin & Luke popped over this morning in the pouring rain but with a smile on their faces. They did a great job in clearing away creeper that was throttling the back wall and gutter. Well done guys for a great job!

Joe and his team did a great job installing a new Velux window which has transformed the room our daughter uses as an office. Stu and Andy did a very professional job and were helpful and friendly.

Paul of Litten Group did a lovely job of repairing and painting my wooden sash windows, very thorough.
Also fitted an intumescent strip to a fire door for me.
Very clean, tidy and thorough and very polite.
The quote was very reasonable also. Would definitely use them again.

Paul was very helpful, fixed our bath issue in a timely manor, communicative, and gave advice to me since it’s the first time I’ve moved out, a total sweetheart and would ask back for any help needed!

Just had a roofing job carried out by this company. Good value for money and their guy, Ray, was so hard working and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I needed a bathroom refurbishment and a boiler replacement. I was recommended the Litten Group by Wash Bathrooms Portsmouth. I can confidently say, I highly recommend this team. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the works.

The Litten Group are professional with quality service from initial quotation through to completion and handover. Joe, the project manager was always there to help with any queries in a speedy fashion and provided me regular updates throughout the project.

The bathroom once striped out was in a very poor condition, so additional works were required. It was brilliant having these guys on board as they offer an all round service, which meant I ended up having some other works done to the flat at the same time. They even fixed the problem I had with my kitchen sink pipe which wasn’t working.

The team are very friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. Matt, Brandon and Dave delivered me exactly the bathroom I wanted with a new fully functioning boiler. And Joe, ensured all finishing touches were complete to a very high standard. Removal of all rubbish and debris was quick and the site was left sparkling on completion.

Joe and his team completed a garage conversion for me. I found Joe to be an excellent communicator who works well with his team. Joe is diplomatic and understands his trade and the inter-action needed to placate his client. They completed the project on budget and on time with a very good standard of work. Gary is a very good bricklayer and Tobias/Toby was incredibly positive and polite. When they completed the job, they removed the debris and even swept the path outside. I can thoroughly recommend Litton Properties to you, if unsure drop Joe an email/message.
