My experience with Liquid Snow Tours and Quentin is so poor that I had to share it.
Liquid snow kept and withheld monies meant to be refunded to their customers. Extremely poor business practice customer service.
The money was eventually refunded after being forced by the Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Do your own research and plan your own holiday. Its Easier than you think.

I had one of the best holidays I have ever had and LiquidSnowTours organised the entire thing! It was so easy. They organise flights, accommodation, ski passes and transfers at affordable prices. I went to Japan but you can choose from other destinations too. Request for Susie Mordes to look after you. She is great. Any questions I had she would call or email me immediately! It also saved me so much money if I was to organise this all on my own. I would 110% use this company again! I am already thinking about my next trip!
