I loved the online ability to decide each detail of what my bed should have; and the very reasonable delivery rates to Europe are a bonus. The order and delivery worked well, and the bed is really comfortable and just what I ordered. I have taken one star off though because the drawers were extremely difficult to put back in (note to other customers - don't take the drawers out unless you have to!); and it would have been nice to see on my online account the date the item was shipped so that I could judge more or less when it would be delivered. Communication: extremely nice and helpful by phone; emails appear to take a little longer!

This is our second zip and link set from Linx beds . We are very pleased with the quality of the beds and of the service, delivery options.

Had cause to e-mail Linxbeds twice with a couple of queries. Both were answered promptly and informatively .Decided to order from them and glad we did. Bed arrived and is exactly as stated on the web site and arrived dead on time. Lovely bed, brilliant service and terrific price.

I ordered two single beds and paid £100 for delivery which I was assured would be on 17th October. Having waited all day for a delivery that did not arrive I contacted the carrier to be told that they had had sub contracted the delivery to another carrier who could only say that the delivery would "probably be Tuesday or maybe Wednesday of next week".

I have received a call from a local carrier to say that the beds were delivered too late on the 17th so will be delivered this morning.
Much better.

I have just received my 4th order in 18 months with each delivery received on the day stated. The last order was placed on the Tuesday afternoon and delivered on Friday morning the same week as promised. Cannot fault any part of my experience with this very professional run company.

Purchased the strap to link two 3ft beds to make a super king. It hasn't been slept in as yet but the strap is well made and hardly noticeable under the mattress cover and sheet. Thank you for a fine product. Also speedy delivery, well packed and arrived on the day given.

From when we first gave Linx Beds the order on line for a 4'6" bed to when we received delivery, we have nothing but praise for them. The new web site had only been in operation for 24 hours and was still plagued by a few problems but these were overcome by Chris in the office at the end of a phone line. We needed the bed quickly as we had company coming to stay with us. Chris assured us that we would receive the bed on the date promised and this was all done and dusted with the minimum of fuss. We would not hesitate to recommend Linx Beds to anyone.

I was let down by another company who were cheaper by only £40 but wouldn't deliver the beds upstairs ! I called Linx Beds in desperation and got the perfect bed in 24 hours by 2 men who delivered and unpacked the bed and set it up .

Great beds & mattresses at superb prices. Nothing is too much trouble: slightly longer mattress, just a base or headboard - no problem. They deliver exactly what you ordered on the day they say they will.

We have ordered 4 or 5 times now, gradually replacing all the beds in our guesthouse - the guests are always commenting on how comfy the beds are.

Keep on doing what you're doing guys, we will be ordering again soon!

We have had a number of beds from this company, delivered on time with the delivery company bringing the bed inside the building. On this occasion the new delivery company delivered the bed on an upright pallet that was left outside the building. My disabled wife explained that she was alone and asked for it to be moved inside but it was more than his jobsworth to do that. And now we have an ungainly pallet to dispose of as well.

I have an interior design company, my client specified a platform bed with chrome legs.
I was happy to get the zip and link with all that she required. However I feel more care needs to be taken at the point of manufacturer... 6 of the legs did not fit as they should and made the product sub standard which is a shame because everything else was perfect. The mattress are good and the bed frame is good, the service is good too.

After a few hiccups with a faulty product and incorrect product delivered Linx beds did take my concerns seriously and did everything in their control to correct the mistakes and ensure I was compensated

The people running it are communicable and approachable.

We run a Guest House and needed to replace a mattress with some urgency, this was the only company who could promise to supply the spec we required within a couple of days. And they did exactly that - delighted!!!
The product looks good and feels good, cant speak for durability yet but there is nothing to suspect it wont last.
Strongly recommended.

I was concerned about buying a bed online as it could have been a disaster. What if it wasn't comfortable, big enough or sturdy enough. I am so please I took a chance. We'd seen equivalent beds for thousands. Our bed is huge - just what we wanted and so comfortable. I would definitely recommend you to others. Only problem is I don't want to get out of it in the morning! Thank you.
