easy to order, built as you wish eg colour/storage etc. good communicater as to when it would be delivered. very pleased with all over service.

Contrary to promises on the website the order took a long time to be delivered and then came on the wrong day so I took a day off work for nothing. Beds were slightly damaged, but most annoyingly one of the drawers was off the rails. I had to cut the underlay to unscrew the runners to remove the drawer and then re-fit the runners to replace the drawer.

We had an awful time getting the bed delivered. It took a month rather than the 5-7 working days promised and was finally delivered on the 3rd attempt at 19.45. They have apparently now sacked the courier and it was delivered by Linx staff in the end who were courteous and helpful. However, coming without a tool kit when setting up beds was not clever. Luckily I had screwdrivers and hammer to help them.

Clear and easy website, stuff came on time. Would recommend.

I'm really impressed with linx beds. They couldn't have been more helpful. We bought a top of the range super king size bed. They looked at pictures of our staircase to make sure it would go up and even came and brought the delivery themselves to make sure we could get it up the stairs. It was great to have such good service in this day and age! Thoroughly recommend them, really great bed as well.

Goods arrived when and as described. Haven't opened packages yet but the mattresses seem goo quality!

I asked delivery men to give one hand to carry bed to my floor, but refused stating that he has lot of delivery. Prices are higher comparitively, and expect a proper delivery service. The wheels are not secured tightly, when lifted up / down, they come out. Also, headframe cannot be screwed to bed, and stands like an independent entity, hence doesn't move along with bed. Totally, there could be a better design and delivery service.

Great product and delivery was super fast. If i had any problems they were on the phone ready to talk to and also via email advising next best options.

Would definitely recommend to a friend and will also be using again when required.

It made it so easy to get 2 x 3ft singles up our small staircase and create a luxury, sumptuously decadent, super king sized bed. Thank you.

we own a b&b and were looking for a zip link bed, never owning one before we were unsure where to start!! phoned linx beds and they were fantastic from advice to delivery. would recommend to anyone... we will definitely buy from them again in the future....the bed arrived it was perfect and the quality top class and the guests say its very comfy to!! :)

This is the first time I have dealt with Linx Beds and was very impressed with the ease of use of the website and the overall look and feel. The bed was ordered for delivery and this was completed smoothly and was actually delivered earlier than the date initially provided, and the delivery man actually came at the time agreed. All in all a good quality bed and good quality process.

Great beds and a great service

We found the website easy to use and the ordering process straightforward. The beds arrived on the date promised and we appreciated the email that was sent beforehand by Linx Beds to confirm all was going to plan. We were very pleased with the way in which the beds were delivered and packaged, and with the beds themselves. We were disappointed that one of the beds was missing a set of castors so we were unable immediately to set it up properly or link it to the other bed. However, during the evening at about 8.45pm, I emailed the company to let them know and ask for the castors to be sent and, much to my surprise, I received a reply just after 9pm. That email promised to send castors by first class post the next day (Friday) and, sure enough, they arrived on Saturday morning. Not only were we impressed by this excellent level of service, but two sets of castors had been sent which we appreciated because they were different from the set that had been provided with one of the beds and, when fitted to the second bed, they were at different heights. We simply changed the originals and the beds now meet perfectly. Couldn't give five stars because the castors should have been dispatched with the beds in the first place, but would give five stars for service and remedying a 'problem' and would recommend this company to anyone ( and already have)!

I was really impressed with the service. I rang company beforehand to discuss my requirements and they were very helpfull and went the extra mile to ensure I received an early delivery. Delivery service was excellent too.

I ordered 2 x single bed link contract mattress and basic divans + black headboards. When linked, which works well and simply, it makes a very large > king size double.

The bed is very comfortable. The divans and headboards are serviceable but not of the highest quality, although I think only the person putting the bed together would notice the quality of a divan and I do think they're going to last well, especially given the light use in my guest bedroom.

Seems like good value for money to me.
