Did what it said on the tin.
Clear web ordering service, promptly delivered. Installation was simple. One minor annoyance is that the heat alarm does not indicate on the remote panel (only seems to work for smoke and CO).

Ok but “Smart” bundles are misleading
I bought a bundle for my house after moving in and realising there were no fire alarms. I decided to splash out a bit on the Smart range so that I could control the alarms from my phone and bought the Smart Plus Bundle. Unfortunately, after already installing the alarms, I found out that you cannot actually access the smart features with the Smart bundle alone - you have to spend an additional £50 on the WiFi device. It’s too late to return the bundle now that we have installed it but I think it’s really misleading to sell a “smart bundle” that is missing such a key component.
I left a review to this effect on their website under the product so that other people don’t make the same mistake as me, but this seems to have mysteriously disappeared, leaving only the 4/5 star reviews on there.

Our SMART Range of alarms contain the technology required to connect to our WiFi Gateway, which than enables the app functionality.
The Gateway is a separate product, and this is stated in multiple areas of the Product Page as well as other areas of the website.
However, we appreciate that this was not sufficiently clear to yourself when ordering, and we will review the wording and presentation to see how we can make this distinction even more prominent.
We note that you recently contacted our support team regarding an issue with your CO alarm, but the concern about the Gateway was not mentioned. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to discuss the available options with you.
We are investigating why your product review is not currently visible, as reviews may occasionally be delayed by moderation or affected by a technical issue.
