The sale was straight forward
The sale was straight forward, but i was told the delivery would be delayed due to the cycle not been delivered to assembly team in time so meaning i would probably not receive the ebike by expected time slot that i was advised on purchase.

Happy with the purchase but very disappointed that it has no owners manual. I have had no luck downloading one as instructed and I'm still waiting for a manual. Otherwise a good service, so far!

Was searching around days before Christmas for a Honda CRF 150Rb Lings was the only company that had one near great Yarmouth Kevin prepared the bike and got it ready as I was travelling down from Birmingham pleasure to deal with straightforward in an out even bought a CRF 110 F as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A real human experience
Kevin was great to deal with, friendly and professional with a nice touch of a video of the bike I was interested in. The whole transaction was very straight forward and pleasant.
Delivery of the bike was fairly straight forward and pleasant too. A bit more information about forecast delivery times is the only niggle as I was left waiting all day for an early evening delivery. Minor point in an otherwise excellent experience.

Very helpful salesperson and easy ,shame about fuel.
Very helpful salesperson and easy purchase procedure,only down side was when picked up bike there was only two bars on fuel gauge,I asked if that would be enough to get me home 13 miles,and I ran out of fuel 3 miles from home,I would’ve expected to have a bit more fuel than this in a new bike.

First bike
After doing my research on potential first big bikes, Triumph seemed to have what I was looking for. I called in to Lings Ipswich, whilst killing time waiting for someone, for a quick browse. CHARLIE, in the sales, was so helpful, personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastically encouraging. I called back later and made my purchase.
