Friendly staff and helpful sales people. Although if buying new, ask about the datatag security scheme. I knew nothing about this scheme until bike delivery!

I went into Lings Watton early September to have a look around, was met by Harry who showed me around the different Triumph models, i had pointed out i had not passed my MOD 2 test yet was booked for mid October. Harry was so helpful and had a lot of time for me, so went back on the 20th October when i had passed, Harry was busy but James was just as helpful as Harry and he went through everything i asked and got me onto the right bike,
Tiger Sport 660 had it delivered on the 27th everything was made so easy by these guy's

The sales team were very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The personal video sent to me pointing out the good, but also the slightest marks etc on the bike was a great help before deciding on taking the journey to see the bike first hand. Brilliant all round.

When browsing the showroom, I wasn't pounced on immediately by over enthusiastic salesmen, great start. I approached one staff member about a couple of secondhand bikes I had seen, and he answered all my questions admirably. One bike caught my eye but it had been fitted with an aftermarket exhaust, this was exeptionally loud and it put me right off the bike. After some further discussions, it transpired that it's standard exhaust was to be included in the sale, I asked for a test ride on one of that model, not necessarily the actual bike I was looking at, as I didn't think they would want to put extra miles on a pre owned low mileage machine. To my surprise the salesman arranged for me to ride the actual machine, as it had already been checked over and I think the salesman had twigged I was genuinely interested in that particular bike, 5 minutes later, insurance documents were signed, and my wife on pillion, we set off on a suggested test route. We loved it. Being cautious, I wanted to check out another dealership (in the same group) and I looked at another bike of the same model the same day. Again the staff were great, but the bike unfortunately was less so. I returned to the Watton branch a day later and put a refundable deposit down on the bike we had ridden, on the provision that I could see the original exhaust, and if I was satisfied with its condition then we could make a deal. We did. Lings fitted the original exhaust for me and sent me a video walk round of the bike to show it was all done, something I had not expected and it was nicely presented. The bike would be stored safely out of the way until collection, so there was no risk of damage from any "less than careful' showroom visitors. When I collected the bike a little later than arranged, due to my suffering an ankle injury, I left with a standing invitation to return to the dealership whenever I wanted, just for a coffee, a nice touch. I am 100% satisfied with Lings at Watton, the care and consideration I saw puts them at the top of my list of bike dealerships in Norfolk, well done to all their staff.
