Even after responding to my previous review they went on to email me the exact same response!!! Do not use this company they are utter crap!!! I’m still left with a tuber that never did a thing and they want me to spend another 6 quid sending it back after spending the same to get it to me!! Useless!! They even first tried telling me to send it back through EBay returns, I’ve never ordered plants off eBay in my life but says a lot for their custom, use Farmer Gracy or Dutchgrown, they instantly refund if their plants fail, don’t think they’d want the shame of all these horrendous reviews.
Edited to say for anyone contemplating buying, check out the trustpilot under their website name that they respond to none of the comments on!!!

That is clearly not the experience we want customers to have, and we apologise that our response felt repetitive and unhelpful rather than resolving things properly.
In general, tubers can sometimes take longer to show growth depending on variety, planting conditions, and seasonal timing, but they should still be viable and capable of establishing. If yours has remained inactive, that should have been assessed and dealt with more constructively.
We also appreciate your point about returns costs and the frustration of being asked to pay to return a failing item. That’s something we recognise needs to be handled more fairly and clearly on a case-by-case basis, rather than causing additional cost to the customer.
We’re sorry that your experience has led you to feel this strongly, and your feedback will be passed on so we can review both our communication handling and how plant failure issues are resolved.

Prompt delivery and the plants arrived in excellent condition. Lots of compost, a planting basket all in the box. I added a couple of handfuls if grit to hold the compost in the basket.

Worst nursery that I've ordered from.
Please review other trust pilot before ordering.
In October 2025 I ordered 5 different perenials.
March 2026 was sent an email refunding 2 of the perennials with no initial explanation as to why they were refunded.
As others have stated issues with delivery.
Some plants that did arrive were of poor quality. The ferns that I ordered were meant to be 3 litre ferns. What I received were ferns that were plug plants. Asked for refund 28 days ago and have still not received a refund.
Would advise to order from a different company.

Plants are well packaged and promptly delivered. Will be interesting to see how they mature as they are really tiny at the moment but I know from experience pond plants can grow rapidly. Plants look to be really healthy and the delivery updates are great for ensuring you know when the package is arriving so you can get them pond side promptly
