An excellent company. From me placing my order to the plants arriving took a matter of days, i was kept updated on the despatch. Everything arrived well packaged and the water lily's were strong and healthy.A* service and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Disappointed to be leaving negative feedback about a local business.
I am so disappointed to be writing this.
Pre order placed in December for shipping March.
March came and went.
I chased the order to be told they would arrange shipping.
Order updated to say shipped on 48 hour delivery.
9 days later no delivery received.
Sent email chaser, no reply.
Received email to say partial refund issued - no context.
Rang, no answer.
Left Voicemail, no return call.
Sent another email, explaining disappointment, requesting full refund, no response as yet.
What is really disappointing is I was trying to support a local business.
Acknowledging this is a busy time of year for growers, but let’s be honest it isn’t hard to keep customer updated and in the loop.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially regarding communication and order updates.
As noted at the time of purchase, pre-orders for 2026 were scheduled for dispatch in March and supplied as bare-root plants, however this does not excuse the lack of updates, delays, and difficulty reaching us that you’ve described. We are also experiencing a serious influx in custoemr enquiries, hence the delay in response.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback—it highlights where we need to improve, particularly around communication during our busiest period.

DISAPPOINTING
I pre-ordered plants back in October which it stated would be sent out in March. So far no sign of any parcel. The tracking has not been updated since October and my email requesting an update has not been answered. I was going to place another order but can't afford to lose yet more money. I am not sure whether my credit card will reimburse after the amount of time that has passed but will try raising a claim tomorrow. A very disappointing experience.

I have spoken with the team regarding your order. At the moment, the perennials are being processed by our team, which has unfortunately resulted in a backlog. Please be assured that the team are working as hard as possible to get these orders prepared and dispatched as quickly as they can.
Although the label was generated earlier in the process, I can confirm that your order has not been lost in transit with Royal Mail. It is still with us and is currently being processed for dispatch.
We are hoping to have the plants sent out this week, and as soon as they are handed over to Royal Mail you will receive the usual tracking updates.
We completely understand how disappointing delays can be, especially when you have been looking forward to receiving your plants, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while the team work through the backlog.

Order took ages to arrive and once…
Order took ages to arrive and once chased … result was Very substandard plants, appeared to be bare root floor sweepings (Adjuga) ordered 8 x 1 litres plants - non were as described maybe 1 could be called established but hardly any foliage, contacted customer service and was told that this is how they keep costs down and the 1 litre size was what they are expected to make this season…. BS…no comment from them about the photos sent and not offered any resolution for the money I paid. I won’t be ordering anything again.
