We’ve gone back to Limitless Mortgages for our last two mortgages because the service is genuinely first class. Quick replies, secure and professional communication, and consistently excellent support. I’d happily recommend them to anyone — and the fact they don’t charge you directly is a huge bonus.

This is our second experience of arranging our mortgage with Limitless, and no less complex in terms of what we wanted to do for home improvements. The whole experience from beginning to end is seamless - we had an initial consultation which was easy to understand and honest - about what was and, importantly, wasn’t possible- and the speed was phenomenal. The organisation is friendly and personable (but with the back office well oiled machine driving things forward).

Another brilliant re-mortgage from Mel Parker and Greg Wright at Limitless. Fourth time of using them now. We wanted to increase our total borrowing. Our mortgage application was complicated by a change in personal circumstances. Our previous lender was unwilling to help. We dealt with Nathan Moore at Limitless and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was friendly, thorough, efficient, communicative etc, and was always at the other end of the phone or email anytime we needed for clarification or advice. Ours was a very complicated process (combination of RSU income needs, BTL and limited company mortgages), and he did not once 'flap' or show any negativity when one path closed and we had to go down a different one, he just calmly gave us different options and was very knowledgeable on everything. Nathan also willingly liased with others for us (conveyancers, developer). We mostly dealt with Nathan but on occasion had messages taken by other members of the team and everyone seemed pleasant and communicative.
