I’ve been furnishing my new home for about the past 4 months ( what’s the rush) and have therefore dealt with many companies/ shops and suppliers. Lime Modern Living (LML) have been, by a long distance, the most professional and friendly team to deal with. Samples were dispatched to me on request and I was never hassled to place an order. When I did place my order I was told about the anticipated delivery time and this was spot on even though my chairs were coming from the factory in Italy. The delivery was then made exactly on time by couriers who work for the company and therefore care about the service they provide.
I’m so impressed by the overall service I received that I intend to return to Lime to see if they can source the sofa I need to buy in the spring ( as I said, what’s the rush!). I can wholeheartedly recommend LML- oh, the prices offered also happened to be as good, if not better, than anywhere else I’d looked too!

Really easy to order and delivery was on time as specified on their site. The table was packaged very well.
The delivery was a bit complicated as I live on the Isle of Wight so it had to be delivered to a freight company but the customer services were excellent and worked the delivery date around my plans.
I am delighted with my new table and service from Lime Living.

Ordered some beautiful Italian furniture from Lime. Staff were extremely helpful and informative throughout the process sent fabric samples in the post and gave us plenty of time to finalise our decisions. The items arrived earlier than expected so overall a positive experience

We purchased a solid walnut wood top Bontempi Casa table over 6 years ago now in 2018 and have been enjoying the pleasures of it ever since. We have used it every day as a family and leave it uncovered to enjoy it's beauty, except for small protection mats for crockery, cutlery and drinks. The condition has remained show room.

Sales staff were extremely helpful. Post order, communications regarding expected delivery date were good. The delivery was great, all items were checked and the packaging taken away
