We are very sorry about this, the driver deliveried at the adress indicated in the order, but you didn't left a phone number so they call you from the gate and no answer. the driver left you a message on the email that we deliveried it in a very good condition at the adress. We have the phone number available on the website and anytime you can contact us and if is anything wrong we can replace the order, we didn't know that the adress was wrong. You placed 2 orders with different adresses for the same person and we delivered to you, if is anything and we can assist you please let us know. Thank you !

The bouquet I bought my fiance for her bridal shower was absolutely gorgeous. Multiple people commented on the quality/beauty of the flowers and several people said they were the most gorgeous flowers they had ever seen. Will definitely be using Lily's again in the future!

The flowers are beautiful! Couldn’t ask for anything more beautiful. My only complaint is that it was supposed to be delivered between 10am-3pm. Unfortunately it came very late and my friend was no longer home!
