This is my third time ordering from Lily n Fox. I love their designs n how easily they go on. I put a top coat on n they last for ab 3 wks. My only wish is they had 1 more larger size bc I have 3 fingers that r the same width buuut that's more of a me problem. I will still continue to order from them. Great service.

The test set went on great, but came off on day 3. It was the thumb nail that came off and none of the extras are large enough to cover a thumb. I tried the glitter set next and they kept breaking as I was applying them so that was a waste of a set. I tried an almost sheer set with glitter next and struggled to get them on. I doubt they’ll stay on very long. I’m noticing their different textures (glitter v designs) are just different beasts to apply. The $3 price point is great, but it’s a real time investment to get these on and I’m finding they don’t last that long.

I was so impressed by my experience with this company. My first wraps arrived quickly and with a hand written note, an extra set of nail wraps for free to practice with, and a cute little origami fox. The wraps are great and look even better in person. They seem to stay on well. I have ordered a second time and those arrived well ahead of the estimated time frame. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience in every way.

Waited weeks for them to arrive. Have used gel nail wraps from various companies, lily and fix wraps are very fragile, tore when pressing them on, didn't stick well at all, don't waste your money they're better versions on the market

Overall I was excited. I recieved them in a timely manner. I briefly looked at my order when it came. All appeared to be there 5 sets.
However when I went to apply a set 2 months later I noticed one of my comors was missing. I did order 5 and 5 did arrive. However they included a tryout set(pale pink) for free. Thought that was cool of them...but then noticed one of the colors(pure white) I ordered was not in my package.
I emailed customer support. They asked for an image to prove what I received. To help indicate the pale pink color I took image on white background. They came back asking for more of a close up.
At this point I just screw it. It clearly showed the color and I cannot fight for knowing they messed up. Horrible customer service not trusting a customer even after evidence was clearly provided.
Also even after following all the rules they started to peel and tear. They lasted literally less than a day. I might as well go get a manicure and least I get to be pampered.

Great selection of wraps with some lovely designs. If applied correctly with a decent top coat the wraps will last - I can get up to two weeks out of mine, even with swimming etc on holiday. My nails are usually short enough to use both ends of the wraps so I can have two lots from each pack. Delivery to the UK does take a long time, but when I had an issue I found customer services to be really helpful. Would recommend.

These are the best nail wraps and I’ve tried quite a lot. I’ve never been disappointed. Yes the delivery time is a bit longer but they are mailing from abroad so it’s going to take time. I’m happy and have just signed up for the monthly subscription.

I love the durability and nail safety of this product. It took a bit of practice, but now my manicure looks professional.

Key take aways, push down your cuticle and place strip on clean dry nail. Do not touch the half of strip that is fixed to your nail as oil from your hand will prevent uniform adhesion. Use a durable top coat.

My frustrations: too many of the styles are playful and best suited to children. I wish they carried a "business line", for mature women. That, and my favorites are discontinued too soon.

Don’t bother. Ordered well over a month ago and haven’t even been dispatched yet! Ordered Christmas wraps so pointless now. Complained and was given code for 1 free set. Do not recommend.

Ordered on 11th November and didn’t receive until 18th December. Have followed the instructions to a tee plus the extra tips by these wont stay on longer than a day. After 12 hrs they had chipped and 2 had peeled off. They must delete honest comments as everyone says they are fab and last up to 2 weeks! Not a chance. They were cheap so you get what you pay for !

I used to LOVE Lily and Fox. Wraps were being sent promptly to me from Perth (my home city) and I paid a little extra to get them within a few days. They always arrived and I was super happy.

Then distribution moved to Chicago and clearly things have gone completely downhill. I ordered wraps from the US website on November 17 with a 12-28 day delivery time frame. I still had not received anything by Dec 27 and contacted them. They did reply promptly notifying me that the wraps hadn't even been posted until December 13, a full four weeks after taking my payment. They refused to refund me as they have supposedly sent it. I can't afford the new US fee to track them ($83!!!) so I guess I'll have to wait and see.

In the meantime, I happened to notice on the Shop app that I could apparently still order wraps from the Aus site. I paid the $2.99 for express postage for the wraps to arrive in 6-10 days. At day 8, there was no acknowledgement of my order whatsoever so I again contacted them to cancel and refund. This they agreed to do immediately because obviously whatever wraps are on the Shop app clearly aren't going to be fulfilled.

What a debacle. I'm incredibly disappointed that I can no longer order wraps within Australia and that the US site clearly can't fulfil orders in a timely manner. L&F has lost me as a very loyal customer.

Placed an ordered on 16th November, they hadn’t arrived a month later. Contacted lily & fox and asked for a refund, and was given a code for a free set of wraps.

Still waiting to receive sets ordered a month ago. Disappointing!

These are easy and cheap nail wraps with all kinds of cute designs. They are simple to put on, although they last longer with a top coat. They do take a while to ship.

Ordered 15th November and despite chasing and being told I’d get them, I never did. Asked for a refund and got a code to get a free set when I place my next order (which probably wouldn’t arrive). Ended up putting a request in to claim the money back via my bank. Then got an email to say I’d been refunded but keep the stickers as they’ve been despatched. Not sure where to as I’ve still not got them ! Avoid at all costs

My order arrived today 12/12/2025 and I couldn't wait to put them on. I received a test set which was great as this is my first try with nail wraps. I love them 💗 they are great, the designs are lovely 😍 thank you so much!!

Ordered with the Australian site in the past and it was always great sadly this time seems to be going through a US company placed my order on the 27th November and I have email them 3 times so far and they keep on telling me it is on its way but not true still no news no dispatch email absolutely shocking customer service this is the last time for me plenty other companies out there if they are not capable to look after their customers and run their business!!!

Love these wraps been using over 20 years but customer service has gone downhill...automated response... didn't even understand what I was trying to say. Not sure what has gone wrong. Such a shame.

I just want to be clear that I have been a customer of Lily and Fox Australia and have never had any problems with delivery or their products. This review is for the international arm (US?) and has been a disappointment from start to finish. I ordered my wraps with an address to deliver to in UK. Never arrived. I waited more than 6 weeks and contacted customer service, they said they would resend and I chose to pay for tracked delivery. Well, them sending the order took weeks and when I kept following up they would not give me tracking. They assured me the order had been sent. Never came. They finally gave me a refund for the tracked postage, but I still don't have a refund for the original order. I'm filling out the forms for a chargeback from my credit card. Overall it has been a truly disappointing experience with Lily and Fox International.

Update: I have now received a refund for the original order, so at least that is something.

I was a regular customer of Lily and fox and never had any issues when they were sending UK orders from Australia. Sometime this autumn (2025) they moved distribution to the USA which is when everything has gone terribly wrong. No orders arriving to UK customers, or taking several months of they do appear. I've been waiting since end of October and its now December. There is no communication to apologise or explain why suddenly orders are not arriving. The customer service and communication is now terrible after being fairly good previously. Myself and many other customers have tried reaching out by email or facebook but no satisfactory responses are sent. No offer of discount or even a simple apology. Really disappointed and will be looking for a new supplier. If you are in the UK I strongly suggest you don't order from this brand until they sort out distribution and customer service issues
