We booked a one-off pick-up. It was done as scheduled, the crew was very fast and efficient! They were extremely professional and very helpful. Would recommend!

Absolutely appalling service, no customer service skills or even common sense. Used Lili waste for 3 years and during the pandemic we have reviewed our waste management and found this wasn't effective choice. Handed a notice in and because it was 5 days short of the criminal 2 month's noticed required the company would not allow us to leave and are now leaving their bins on site when they are not wanted. Also trying to charge us 41% of next years waste!! Not one shred of decency and common sense or customer service.
It got to the stage my staff had to measure the gap between vehicles to prove the bins would have been able to be emptied.

No issues. Always polite and friendly and if they are going to be late or miss a day for any reason the ring or email ahead of time to let me know.

A few weeks ago, I spoke to Jade about some of the issues we were having with our neighbour’s rubbish being collected very early in the morning.

Jade took the time to listen to me, empathise with my situation and assured me she would do all she could to get this sorted.

She has done exactly that, and these last few weeks have been wonderful, there have been no early-morning collections and this has really made a positive impact on our lives.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jade, and pass on my praise to her manager, as I’m sure they would want to know what an asset Jade is to Lilli Waste.

I have been with Lili Waste for about 6 months now. I was initially a little worried because their prices were cheaper than my local council, yet they're a private company! I needn't have worried. Their collection service has been spot on. Communication re my payments has been spot on. When I moved property recently, the communication regarding moving my bin was excellent and the staff, be that the collection staff or the office staff, has always been excellent. A special mention for Petya Vladova, who has been my main point of contact. Petya's customer service is 5*

THIS IS HOW THE STORY STARTS: THEY MISS 3 OUT OF 4 COLLECTIONS, RIGHT AFTER THEY CHARGE 4 FULL COLLECTIONS THEN YOU CANCEL THE DIRECT DEBIT THEN THEY SEND THE DEBT COLLECTORS TO ASK FOR FULL YEAR MONEY UPFRONT, THIS COMPANY IS NOT THERE TO COLLECT UR BIN THEY ARE THERE TO COLLECT UR MONEY WHICH 1 YEAR UPFRONT BROKEN CONTRACT, A SCAM SETUP BASICALLY. NOW THINK 20 TIMES BEFORE YOU SIGN IT ON A SMART PHONE.

We have worked with Lili Waste for 3 years now and have found them to be one of the most reliable collectors we use. They have invested heavily in technology so the data we get is accurate and useful.

Most importantly the service is exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

If you have a problem with the service the person go to Petya Vladova,she genuinely wants to help and she does. She can look at the problem from your point of you and raise the issue with the managers to help resolve it. I'm giving 5 star only because of her.

To start with I’m leaving this review on Mrs Petya Vladova. I’m a customer to Liliwaste for many many years. But the customer service was never a pleasant experience until recently. Problems were never solved unless you kept calling and complaining. Staff never returned your calls as promised and would take weeks to get a solution.

Early this year I renewed the contract with the company. It was Mrs Vladova who was dealing with me. I was surprised how quickly she dealt the situation effectively and did actually call me back as promised.

Recently, I was charged for unreasonable reasons. I spoke to the customer service and got told that it was written in the contract. But in fact it was not the case. I emailed the contact as proof and rang back, spoke to the same customer service then I got redirect you the account department. After three weeks without a result, I contacted Mrs Vladova ( even though she is from the sales team). I explained the problem and the next day she rang back with a result and agreed to issue credit note!

I am very impressed with Mrs Vladova efficiency and appreciate her help and time as really this should be customer services job. Humbly she said she was glad to help and I could go back to her with any problems and anytime.

That is why I want to leave this 5 stars rating to Mrs Vladova.

I have used Lili Waste for 12 months now and couldn't be more happier. The service is incredible and issues are sorted within the hour. Great value overall, recommended.

Have been using Lili for past two years and have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. Like any business of this nature there has been the odd hiccup where they have had to change the schedule due to breakdowns/traffic delays etc but they have always kept us informed so we’ve never had to worry. Easy to get hold of on the odd occasion we’ve had cause to call. Prices competitive if not cheaper than other contractors in our area. Overall a very happy customer.
